Everything was ok with the hotel. Breakfast was ok, room was clean, friendly staff, location was perfect to reach our different destinations for the weekend. Will stay again at this hotel. Is not the most luxurious hotel in the area but has all the necessary accommodation for the price.

The rooms were very old, the sink was extremely small and they could have given a wardrobe closet. the rooms were not constructed cleverly. Also, it had no pool.

Room was clean overall, but the floor was not. The bottoms.of my feet got dirty as I did some exercises in my room. I had to wash my feet before I got in bed. In the hallways there was a lot of dirt along edges and in corners.

Breakfast was very good, staff was excellent, helpful and very friendly.

I always want daily house keeping , here you had to request everyday to freshen up the room, and though it was done was very poor , most hotels offer room service everyday except if you dont want it

The breakfast was okay, there were days when there was no fruit or was very little and taken by others , the staff made good omelets , in general i would give a 7 out of 10 for the breakfast and the breakfast room

I hesitate to say but small tiny bugs on floor next to the whirlpool tub and tb faucet in bathroom cold water would not turn

The room had ants 🐜 other then that I can't complain. I had told the front desk staff and my concerns. She was kinda nonchalant and it. She acted surprised when I told her about the ants 🐜 .

I liked the room for the price. Also the breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh I would recommend family and friends. Nice and quiet clean upon entering the building.

The first room that was reserved had ants in the bathroom on the floor and in the sink. Was moved to another room. Ice machine did not work. The odor when I walked into the lobby was offensive. Definitely an old building. Alot of wear and tear.

A few of the towels had holes. The carpet needed to be stream cleaned. When the heat was on it had a smell.

The location, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size. Also, liked the ability to adjust the temperature.

There were cosmetic and cleaning issues in the room. The room needs detailed cleaning. It has dust gathered on edges and corners. Rusty towel rack. Dirty soap dish with new soap on top of the soap dish so clearly the person cleaning the room would have had to notice the soap residue on the soap dish. The previous guest had left a sleep mask in the nightstand and so that shows the cleaning person isn't checking drawers or cabinets while cleaning the room. There was also a large hole in the ceiling of the bathroom where the exhaust fan needs a cover. The peephole doesn't have a cover. I used Lysol in the room to give myself peace of mind. Small pillows.

The jetted tub is big and easily holds two people. The gentleman at the front desk was Friendly and personable. The lobby and parking lot are clean.

The hotel didn’t have items to purchase like Tooth brush, tooth paste n it didn’t have body soap.

The room hotel was quiet. The staff was helpful. I checked out late and nobody even bothered me. I will visit again.

if this is possible, it was a little too quiet. so close to 83 that I worried about car jacking & robbery. but that never happened, it’s just my high alert from living so close to Chicago.

Close to home. Was having work done at the house and couldn’t spend the evening there.
