Beds must have had metal in them, every time you sat on either one, they made a big rumble that sounded like thunder...

Staff went above and beyond for us to find a double, like we booked on the site, when they were all booked in the hotel. Tremayne, overnight staff, was so helpful! He found a double room even after he had arranged for 2 rollaways for us to use. I am sure that he had to work some magic, but he made it happen and called us back to let us know. It was 1 am and I know he was supposed to leave at 12am. Thank you Tremayne for going above and beyond!!!!

No restaurants really close by. Prefer to be able to walk to a restaurant after spending the day in the car and the area is not really suitable for that. They recommended a BBQ joint a few minutes drive down the road that was excellent though.

Cigarettes smoke. It seems everyone that works there smokes cigarettes. They walk out the door and smoke. Cigarette butts all over the property. Disgusting. Also I booked this on line. Got there at 5 and the person at desk took 30 minutes to get me in.

The air conditioner was a tad underpowered and the room was quite a distance from the front of the motel. The decor was also outdated.

Breakfast was hot, tasty, and varied. I enjoyed it thoroughly. It also started on time and was included with the price of my stay.

Musty smell in room. Had a Damp-Rid product in my car that I brought inside my room which seemed to help.

Staff, especially Theo at the Front Desk was especially helpful, friendly, professional and made my late night check-in simple and stress-free while making me feel welcome after a long, tiring day!

Only one waste basket. Breakfast was OK but I would have enjoyed healthy food choices. There was fresh fruit. No cream cheese for the bagels. The butter was a hard stick butter. No yogurt or boiled eggs or choice of turkey sausage.

The covers/ pillows were dirty…. The initial girl Christa didn’t clean at all but I requested my room be cleaned again and they sent Tilly who did a fantastic job!!!!

Sort of in the middle of nowhere, but they cornered the market. Glad there was one restaurant next door. Lindy’s Chicken hit the spot.

Definitely midway between Jacksonville and Pensacola!! Stay were very nice. Great place to stay if traveling from South Florida and heading west on I-10. Room was very comfortable.

Our 2 rooms were on different floors even though I made reservations months ahead and asked for nearby rooms. My room had no hand soap nor shampoo. Two towels but no hand towels and 1 wash cloth. The room did not feel clean but it just may be due to age. It was a little disappointing experience.

the location was good for us. The breakfast was plentiful and on time. The parking was pretty good considering the hotel was at capacity per the reception.

The "breakfast" is disgusting, so much so that I've fired off a letter to the chain. We're talking prison-quality, folks... and I doubt that convicted criminals would stand for that kind of slop for long... or perhaps lousy food IS part of their punishment. Everything, from the super-low quality of the paper plates, to the incredible waste of plastic cups, the sub-standard quality of the powder eggs, the bottom-of-the-barrel sausage patties, and the complete and total absence of any food product with redeeming nutritional qualities, it's obvious that this so-called breakfast is simply a pretext to up the "value proposition" of the room rate as a differentiator.

Standard mid-brow hotel, no thrills, no surprises. Can't help but think that overall it was a better value and quality of stay before the re-branding. Nice large room, and the bathroom was fine, although shower pressure could use some work. Large parking. Pleasant front desk lady. Nice TV. Comfortable bed.
