Didnt like that CNN is only choice on tv. Had to eat breakfast listening to that horrible station. Need choices or turn it off.

The sign to the entrance by Grant was hard to see.

The carpets in the room and hallway were heavily stained and should have a professional cleaning service do an intense cleaning to get the stains up. Or, to replace the carpet throughout to hotel. I know that would be quite costly which is why a thorough deep cleaning would be the first option. During the daytime, a skunk made its way into the foyer. In an attempt by staff to move it back out the door the skunk let fly with his defense. The manager on duty lamented how terrible it must be for guests coming into the foyer. IDK if POaul's Valley has an animal control officer or not, but the appearance of a skunk in daytime hours like this is indicative of a sick animal.

The front counter MGR Lisa was very helpful! She expressed how much she enjoys being in the hospitality business and hopes she will be able to go to school for additional learning so she can be better at her position. She deserves recognition and her effort to make a guest feel welcomed and provide an enjoyable stay.

The landscaping was poor and the public areas were not kept clean throughout the day.

The lady who checked me is was amazing! Loved her! Asked her several questions about the area for things to do and she had a lot of ideas. She was so friendly. I checked in around 5. She was busy and still with all that was going on really nice. The man who checked us out and gave us our breakfast not so friends. The only thing he said to me was Uhhu and are you sure you’re checking out and that was with two conversations with this man. The windows were dirty. Bed spread had stains on it. Bathroom had hair in the floor. Could use a better cleaning. The best thing about our stay was the lady who checked me in. I didn’t get her name but she was very friendly. Kudos to her cause you don’t get that often.

Very noisy people at night near the elevator. Woke us up.Large gap under door under room 318 made it sound as if they were inside our room.

There was no water in the morning. We couldn't take a shower or have coffee. It was a rough start when you had to be on the road for 8 hours. I know they couldn't control what happened but a little kindness wouldn't hurt. You could of offered bottles water to make coffee or to use to wash your face. My daughter didn't get breakfast cuz they had no water to make food .

Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway we were traveling on. It was the perfect location for us. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good as well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
