The two things I liked the most was that there was room to move because we got a suite and we definitely needed the space with a toddler and two teenagers; the second thing was the pool! We went night swimming for the first time and loved it! It was clean and outside so it was warm two of the three nights! I’m sad we didn’t try the restaurant that they have in the hotel but we will be back and will try it then! The staff was so nice and accommodating and the beds were so comfortable!

Was informed of roaches in the kitchen. Tub in the bathroom was dirty and toilet was leaking all night and was difficult to flush. Called about it in the night and was told no manager was there for them to do anything about it.

The staff during our check-in was helpful and accommodating when it came to questions about the area we were in and touring the room before check in. The lobby and bar area were beautiful, but the rooms were subpar.

The room itself was very dated. Breakfasts were ok, but the hot food wasn't particularly hot. We visited the bar once, but it closed early so only had a short time there

The features are old and there was a weird smell coming from the A/C and it made me feel sick every time it was on. The area is also a bit dodgy, the wifi is inconsistent and cleanliness of the exterior was lacking (a bin 15ft from my room was overflowing the entire time i was there and wasn't emptied).

Where do I start. The pictures don’t represent the actual hotel. Something was always broken at breakfast so that was a bust, the toilet didn’t flush in 2 of our rooms, when we went out and came back maintenance had left the door wide open to one of our rooms. Thank you God everything was still there. The stairs were unsafe by far.

The staff (Tianan which was a server for the diner at breakfast had exceptional customer service!!! As well, Z aka Zamondra (?hope that's right) also gave exceptional customer service. They were both friendly, helpful and personable and welcoming!! Awesome service!!!

Can't get enough towels for a family of 4 out tub dripped for 7 days and no way to turn the bathroom light out. I was served raw chicken in the restaurant.

When we first stayed here 6yrs ago it was very nice dont knw what happened poor management first day i seeing a glass cup on a balcony and then a worker showed up he picked it up and sat it back down and it stayed in the same spot for days Rooms were still dirty yes it was a pet friendly room but carpets needs shampoo there where still dried up poop in the carpet bath tub had a slight black ring in it and breakfast food could have been better had to get breakfast somewhere else

TV, Microwave and one lamp were not working when arrived to the room. Waited for one hour for maintenance to fix the problem. Very sticky floor in the bathroom, almost impossible to walk.

Price was very affordable for the room we got. Beds comfy, room spacious, had games in lobby to play. Had a stand outside in the grassy area with plastic bags and a garbage bin for those who have dogs to clean up after. Breakfast is fantastic!
