Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was difficult for the food service person to keep the breakfast items stocked, and Many did not have a table or chair to sit down and eat breakfast. The vending machine on 2nd floor produced hot drinks, the dryer even on delicate “low”heat could melt your clothes. The water pressure in the shower was like a dribble. No water pressure! This was not one of the best Comfort Inns I have stayed at. I would give it a 3 out of 5.
The property was close to shopping and easy access to the main highways.

United Statesthere was no sound deadening, We heard the people above us all night long stomping around and did not sleep well. On top of that we were woken up to a whole family out in the shared space outside of our room playing loud music. The bed wasn't great either and the pillows deflated under your head to basically nothing. The bathroom tub was missing most of the sealant around it making it look dirty. and there was a small window above the toilet that was odd.
The location was great close to the water and the restaurants. Parking was included. We payed extra for a view that was just ok.

They tried to put me in a king room with one bed and what I ordered was a double queen deluxe room with two beds but when I got there they did not have any other rooms left. After running my credit card they told me that they can get me into another hotel which was not the same quality and it had no air-conditioning no pool no good amenities that was the fix.

Our hotel was close to the Morro Bay ocean and restraunts and the staff was great. The breakfast was tasty and hot. Complimently wine and hot coffee were available in the hotel lobby each afternoon of our stay.
