There was a pill on the floor in the room that had not been picked up during the cleaning after the last guest. I checked and it was a narcotic med.

Seemed a little odd to have the bathroom sink right by the door to the room. Towels were old and worn as well as the bath mat. Would like a couple of pillow types to choose from as there was only one type of pillow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but Wild Sweet William bakery in town was amazing. They did have a nice Nescafe machine at breakfast. Plenty of pillows and space in the room.

the hotel itself is great, however the drive thru coffee joint in the parking lot was annoying because they were playing loud rap music. i almost didn't pull into the hotel because of it. it really detracts from the hotel and kind of gives the impression that it may be an unsafe area. perhaps the hotel mgmt could speak w/the coffee joint about the loud music? one of the curtains was a little wonky, because it was caught in the air coming out of the a/c unit. it looked to be a little off track, however, it didn't keep the curtain from closing. i simply tucked the curtain onto the ledge - problem solved.

staff was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as i walked thru the door. when i asked for a room away from the elevator and overlooking the parking lot so i could keep an eye on my car, they switched my room without hesitation. my room was very clean. i checked for bed bugs or any other sign of pests or uncleanliness in the bed and found none. the bed was comfortable. the hotel was quiet! i'm a light sleeper so quiet is always a huge issue to me. the lady overseeing the breakfast area was very nice and maintained the space well! she was on it!! i would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again myself.

Room was dusty. Hot tub in room blew dirt and hair out of jets. Pool was heated but the room was cold,they definitely need to turn the heat on in the pool room.

Breakfast was good and actually had a few options. Staff was friendly.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the breakfast. I wish they could have more varieties or change up the menu a bit instead of having the same thing every day. Not everyone likes waffles or wants them daily. The stove top is also very slow. It burns with little heat and goes off and on like an oven. Your food will take forever to cook.

We had a king and a full-size bed, which was really cool. Not the usual pull out couch you see in other hotels, nope. My family and I were really happy about that part. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis, without calling or chasing someone around to do so. Thank God they didn't come knocking at 7 in the morning, lol. Our cleaning lady came around 10 am. daily, which was perfect. It's a vacation, I dont wanna wake up at 7 because you wanna clean, nope. The woman was also friendly, nice, and polite. The staff are friendly and nice. There's a full kitchen with pots, plates, and everything you need, including a dining table set. There's also free parking, so that's a plus, and it's quite close to Hobby Airport. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

I personally have problems getting into beds that are high off the floor like they have. Also the mattress was not very comfortable. Friday night a group of young men decided to gather in the hall near our room and talk loudly, laugh, etc. They kept this up from around 10 p.m. until well after midnight. Someone knocked at our door without identifying themselves. We were there three nights and this happened only one night. Otherwise it was a quiet place to stay.

We loved the breakfast! The egg and meat dishes varied by the day. We ate three breakfasts there. All food items were fresh and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.

The breakfast although free, was not worth eating. I gagged on the hash brown. The biscuits were rock hard and dry and the sausage was dried to jerky.
