first floor unit so heard group of partiers above fighting until 3am. floor squealing & they were unnaturally loud tho maybe just my luck. I’d stay again very clean & thank goodness that group only there one day.

1)Some of the other guests arrived late and were <very> loud. Not the fault of the hotel. 2)The shower had mold in the corners. 3) internet access wasn’t secure

Location: convenient to Downtown and Freeway but out of the fray Room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and traveler necessities were available (fridge, microwave, coffee pot, shower supplies, hair dryer) The staff were friendly and helpful.

They do need a handyman. The heater was under the bathroom sink. the shower worked well, but the hot/cold handle is in bad shape. One of the lamps did not work.

Great location. Quiet room. Good price. Reliable internet. Desk person very nice and helpful. Cleaning lady also very nice.

I thought that the room could have used a rug to warm up the space as it was very chilly and that each of the beds could have used extra blankets. My daughter and I ended up sleeping in the same bed to stay warm. The couple who own the place were fine, but not overly friendly. When I tried to call to inform them I would be late checking out, the phone rang and rang.

The hotel is basic and sufficient. This is probably one of the cheapest options available in town.

Not clean. There was something splattered on the wall and the bathroom door (soda maybe?) and the walls and floors were stained and gross.

Great location near Cal Poly with easy access to lots of restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. Lots of parking and bed was comfortable.

You can hear everything upstairs in the downstairs room.

Bathroom was not clean, smelled like strong urine. Bought some cleaning supplies and scrubbed the entire bathroom down. The bathroom window was also broken so we made sure not to leave any valuables while gone.

The only thing I would say is getting the hot tub working as the jets did not turn on for us. That was the one thing my husband and I were looking forward to but they said it was not working.

We really liked how close it was to apple farms we had breakfast few times and just the comfort of the beds and space. It was clean and had the amenities that we needed. and staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our room due to noise and getting extra towels. We would definitely come back.

The bathroom is clean but the toilet is very small. When you open the room it doesn't smell very good, then you can't perceive the smell.

The location is good and the room is comfortable, has a good bed and coffee maker.

Bathrooms are small and only a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner and soap bar are provided.

The bed was very comfy and the staff were friendly and accommodating! We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area.

Would have been useful having extra towels for the pool. A group of men parked in the car park and were chatting, slamming doors and playing music until past 11pm.

Brilliant view of the hills behind, nice place to swim and hot tub as its private and not on side of road.
