See above. Also, upon arrival and got to our room.....it had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk and he immediately apologized and gave us a new room. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned which was not a problem and had nothing to do with that situation.

Breakfast was good. The guy that was in there didn't say good morning or have a good day, nothing to any of the guest. He did not wear gloves around the food area. I saw him "cleaning" the pancake griddle by BLOWING it off. Not sanitary at all. Disgusting!!! Beds were very comfy. Staff was friendly

Parking spaces could have been a bit wider. I have a large vehicle and it was difficult to get in between the lines. The coffee brewer in the room did not heat the water before the coffee started brewing. Might have been me not familiar with the unit.

Location was great. It was just a short drive (10 minutes) to the soft ball fields where I was playing in a tournament. Breakfast was very good. There was a good variety of items to choose from and the food was thoroughly cooked and warm. Bed was comfortable with plenty of space in the room.

There was strange smell in the room when arrived. Had to spray Febreeze. Also, the AC barely cooled the room.

Decor was dated. The mini fridge wasn't cold enough. The bathroom faucet squirted everywhere. Shower only had two settings; cold and warm. The shower temp wouldn't go over all the way to hot. The TV remote would not let me enter in a channel. Had to channel up or down. Pain in the butt.

I liked that the hotel was easy to find off interstate and near many restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The linens were clean. I love how the towels were fast drying; making getting ready easier & faster. Continental breakfast was good. Wished English muffins were offered.

When we turned on the water faucet in restroom, water came out black for about 20 seconds. Scary.

A bit neglected. When my daughter and me saw the swimming pool we could not stop laughing - at the pictures it seems to be very large while in reality is not much larger than a bath. I saw many pictures of pools during my US trip and all of them showed the pools bigger than in reality but it was so extreme case (((:

Toilet rocked and washer didn’t rinse clothes very well. I had to ring them out by hand and dryer took about 2 hours to dry. First person that checked us in was really nice and helpful. Other people were not very helpful.

Wish it had real curtains not just the sheer curtains. It did not block out any light so we had the sun shining in. We wanted to sleep but couldn't because of the light. Would have liked blanket for the sofa bed, there was only a sheet on both; breakfast did not have a good variety;

We did not have breakfast there so I cannot comment on that. The hotel room was right on the freeway so very noisy. Also there were rips in the curtains, the hotel looked very old.

Traffic noise was loud inside the room 24/7. Right next to busy highway. Curtains worn/torn. Lots of construction on the busy highway, so it was more challenging to access the hotel than normal.

Not much bad. Clean and well maintained hotel. Furniture could use some refreshing. Close to highway so you hear the semi trucks all night, but ALL the hotels on that strip suffer this fate.

Breakfast was hot, with plenty of protein (eggs, sausage), plenty of other options and everything was clean and tidy.

The phone in my room did not work there were drawers where you put your clothes with not close they were open it needed a few repairs but other than that it was okay

It was very quiet until the morning came out there's a lot of road construction at this time but things will get better there it was a pleasant stay
