Bed pillow was too fat. Woke with stiff neck. Suggest an extra, flatter one (in a drawer maybe), so clients have an option Scrambled eggs were cold, butter wouldn’t even melt in them. But the waffles were excellent.

There were no USB ports. None. Shower/tub floor was very slippery.

Spa murky when we went to use it (but didn't) when it was finally free - didn't help that there'd been families with several young kids using the pool & then obviously the spa. Couldn't use it in the morning either as topping up & cleaning it. Normally available from 9am but sign had been covered over to read 2pm. Breakfast basic, scrambled egg didn't taste like real egg, not nice.

Clean room, bed comfy except for the small square pillows (personal opinion).

For the value, it was perfect but it is not a high end hotel and does show some wear and tear. It was perfect for what we needed. I do like how Best Westerns don't overcharge for pets either. It was a $20 a night pet fee which is do-able.

I liked the employee at the front desk on New Years Eve. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He made sure we knew restaurants would close early due to New Years Eve. The next morning he was there again making sure the breakfast was stocked. The rooms also were quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. The value for what we got was perfect!

I didn't like the strict policies like the pool hours being from 2pm to 10pm. I asked the head clerk why and he said because they don't have enough people, which he blamed on the president. There are no lifeguards in the pool so I don't understand his answer. You don't need people at the pool. He also warned me there are no late checkouts. I thought that was an overly strict and rigid policy which I rarely see with Best Westerns. Also the pillows were the worst!!!!!

I like that they had a pool and hot tub and fitness room . I liked how you could open a window and there was a screen. The refrigerator was fairly large and had a tiny freezer which helped

Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs for breakfast had a strange, non-egg taste (like liquid eggs from a carton?), and none of my family were able to eat them. There was a disinfectant chemical smell in one of the rooms upon our arrival, which had to be aired out, but after opening the window for a while (at the suggestion of the manager) the smell eventually diminished.

An accommodation was made to ensure our rooms were next to each other. The manager was talkative, helpful with our questions and requests, and jovial with my family. Our family enjoyed utilizing the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The parking was plentiful, well lit, and close to our rooms.

There was no elevator to the 2nd floor. I can't handle stairs and had to argue with the host to get a room on the 1st floor. Once in my room I could clearly hear the host's loud "personal" phone conversations ALL evening.

The staff, all seem to be Indian immigrants and communicate a lot in a foreign language, in between talking to you as a guest in English. I had an issue with the hotel, and they would go back and forth speaking in their foreign language while I was standing there checking in. I left a bag with some valuables in the lobby on the couch upon checking out, and when I called 2 hours later they said there was nothing there or found. My advice don't forget anything here or think there is a lost and found, 9 out of 10 it will be gone.

The hotel was clean and in a good location off the freeway, good breakfast.
