We were there for 8 days and I could never get ahold of customer service for clean towels and toilet paper. We ended up buy our own toilet paper. One of the doors glass was broke out and pieces of glass was on the carpet and never cleaned up properly. Could of been more cleaner.

The room was in disrepair, the furniture was dirty, the shower water never got hot, and the continental breakfast was disappointing.

It was right at the edge of town, so it was easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the village.

I thought I requested a handicapped room but got a regular room. My wife couldn't get her leg over the tub as she has bad knees and back. The staff went out of their way to fix the problem on day 2. Then that room was flooded by the upper room leaving the water on in the hot tub and it ran over. Had to sleep in that room 1 night and then was moved to another handicapped room. The rest of my stay was uneventful.

Location was good. It needs to say continental breakfast we were looking for a breakfast. The halls were well lit which made me feel safe.

Outdated and worn out accommodations. Toilet constantly ran. When flushed the entire wall vibrates and the pipes made awful sounds. Bathroom fan didn’t have a cover and you could see into ceiling. Bath mat was so old and permanently attached to tub. Extra door lock/jam mechanism was broken.

When we took our shoes off before bed we noticed the carpet was soaking wet between hot tub and bed. Then we noticed water stains on the bed duster or ruffle. It was late but we called the desk clerk and made her aware of the issue. We had noticed a ‘damp mildew-like smell’ when we checked but it was also already late. The clerk offered to switch rooms but it was bedtime and we just wanted to sleep then get up and leave the following morning. Frustrated at the rate we paid for this room. The hotel is older and has other issues.

The appear to be doing renovations so very cluttered inside and outside. The phone wasn’t plugged in and couldn’t be due to paint in the jack. There was paint spots on the carpet and a burn mark from the iron. The faucet handle fell apart and was filthy. The smoke detector malfunctioned and had to be removed, we were told there was another one in the room, it looked very different but I took him at his word. The guest above us were very loud. It sounded like they were jumping off the furniture. I couldn’t call the desk because the phone didn’t work so I went to the front desk and let them know about the noise and the phone. The second time I had to use my cell phone at 8:30 when the smoke detector malfunctioned.

Bathrooms weren't that clean room could of been a little cleaner. There was so much dust on the lamps and the base of them. Definitely should update the picture of the hotel on the websites Still haven't got my deposit back.

The location was awesome so much to do. There's a mountain roller coaster across the street. Also Anna Ruby falls is only 15 minutes away so many shops.

Staff was okay. Me and my boyfriend were laying in bed and trying to nap after our long travels. I made sure to lock the door. Someone still randomly ripped our door open and even ripped the chain lock accidentally off the door and just took off. My boyfriend wasn’t very happy and went downstairs to tell the receptionist. We thought maybe she double booked our room and gave another guest the same key and room number. Turns out it was the maintenance guy. They apologized. My boyfriend said he just felt very uncomfortable and thankfully no one was naked. Their respond was „ no worries we have seen it all“. Smh. Just very unprofessional. You should always knock. Seems to happen very often because the sliding lock chain had been hammered into the wall with 7 nails and yet the maintenance guy still managed to to rip the door open.

The actual heater in the room wasn't active or set up or something because there was no interface buttons on it just a blank panel. So we had to rely on the fireplace for heat which at times was either not enough or too much. The fridge also did not feel like it closed securely and I had to clean the tub myself before it could be used. Also the TV remote was not very responsive and required almost dead on accuracy to use.

Loved the fireplace for the most part, the balcony, and the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom were all great. The pastry options also ended up being better then expected I loved the cinnamon one.

The entire building is literally falling apart. Windows and banisters knocked out and broken, just for example. Also water damage throughout building. The room had a lot of structural damage. The room and building has not been kept up. The linens were very VERY stained. Shower head, hair dryer falling out of the wall. And on and on and on... Not what you would expect for a tourist town.

The check in girl was super sweet. The ONE non English speaking male housekeeper was SUPER sweet too! They were both doing their best. The bed was comfortable.
