There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Nice place just off the interstate. An older hotel. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. They are pet friendly which is a must for us. Great little breakfast. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, and other usual breakfast items. The staff was very friendly. We will stay here on future trips.

The staff were awful. The “manager” is a horrible, dishonest human being and should not hold the position that she does. I booked a spa suite but when I checked in, they had given my room to someone else. The staff member then blamed the previous shift for the mistake and the manager eventually blamed ME and lied and said I didn’t book the spa suite even though Booking.com can clearly see my booking and can confirm I did in fact book the spa suite. Don’t waste your money staying here.

The location was easy on/off the highway. Check in was exception with the friendly staff at the front desk.

First their was no one at the desk when we arrived. There was a sign that said be back in 10 min and three people waiting to check I . I actually felt bad for her because she said she was the only one there and had to go clean a room and work the front desk. It was not well cared for. Repairs were sloppy, there was hair and trash in the bathtub, and bugs. The first room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned from the previous guests so we had to go to the desk and get a new room. Our room did not have toiletries other than soap and three bottles of used lotion. The card reader on the exterior door didn’t work.

I was close to food, coffee and the Highway.

The gift that just kept giving......hot tub was broken which was a main reason we picked there so no swimming or hot tubing for us or the kids, huge bummer!!!! Then no elevator to carry our stuff up, the TV wouldn't turn on because the batteries were bad in the remote and that should have been my sign!!! Then the handle on the dresser was broken way before we ever got there, the room cleaner clearly didn't clean well because there was a receipt and a pair of socks in the room on the floor next to the window. I asked for more towels and stacked them on the towel rack above the toilet and bam, damn near fell off the wall. There was trim missing in my bathroom and it was gross where the trim was gone. Finished up with my shower and pulled the covers back and you'll never believe I had NO COMFORTER!!!!! Went back to the front desk, of course, they were fresh out of comforters so she sent me with 3 more flat sheets and I about froze. But WAIT!!!!!! At breakfast I overheard an older couple talking about how they came in at 2 AM and they didn't have any HEAT overnight and their room was 43 degrees!!! Hell I didn't even have enough bedding for a normal nights temperature let alone for 43 degrees!!!!!! Worst hotel night I can remember, should have got my money back.

Location was nice, egg omelets were great!!! Pet friendly was excellent!! However, it's a down hill slope from here.

A couple of lights in our room didn’t work, the air conditioner/heater didn’t work at all and the tv remote didn’t work. When I asked for either new batteries or a different remote at the front desk I was informed they didn’t have enough remotes for all the rooms, shrugged, said we’d have to do without and offered me additional shampoo. And about the ac/heater that wouldn’t work ‘I’m not a maintenance man, there’s nothing I can do’. She did say this was a daily occurrence throughout the rooms when she’s there and she was getting tired of it. I asked if we could move to a new room (she didn’t offer this option), which we did but still a couple of lights didn’t work, the tv remote worked on some functions. We liked both rooms quite well except for the technical issues. At check out I politely mentioned this to the front desk so they could pass it on to the maintenance department and she raised her voice saying I was making it up as there have been no complaints or reported issues with that first room. She was so loud and long winded people in the lobby were looking. She kept telling me I wasn’t telling the truth. The man patiently waiting to check out behind me finally tossed his key on the desk (she wouldn’t stop shouting, literally shouting, at me) commenting on slamming doors and noisy neighbors all night on his floor. She then raised her voice at him as well telling him it was not true. She offered a $20 refund telling me the rates of their rooms are so cheap we have no right to complain anyway. I quietly asked if she was the manager and she refused to answer. I have never encountered this kind of behavior from front desk personnel anywhere. We choose this hotel chain based on their reputation, very disappointing.

I tried to cancel due to a medical emergency. I had booked thru Booking.com so the hotel told me I had to cancel thru the which I did 24 hrs before my check in date. Booking.com sent the hotel the cancellation and asked for special refund due to circumstances. Booking.com sent them 2 emails and got no response. I called the hotel 4 times and no one had access to email and the mgr was not there. last call I spoke to the mgr who was rude before I could ask questions. all I wanted was explanation for no response to the emails. she told me she didn’t get emails and no refund. I will never try to stay there again

The card reader didn't work properly and and even was falling from door (room 225). ___One bed have stains on the blanket don't believe they change that. ___there was food left on fridge from previous costumer. __elevator wasn't working.
