Clean and spacious loved our whirlpool room

When I checked in very late (2 am) there was a problem getting me into a room. I had booked 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms could get checked in, but my room had a problem and at first it was unclear if I would be able to get a room even though I paid for the 3rd in advance. Ultimately, they gave me an empty room but it wasn't the original room I had booked and not next to the other two rooms booked in the same reservation.

Nothing was bad just ok. It suited our needs.

No towels in the pool when I went there, and we had to go find extra towels for showering on our second day as no one came to clean our room on the next day. We also had to take out our own trash for the same reason.

The included breakfast was almost impossible for me to eat due to a dairy allergy. The only thing I could eat was a piece of dry toast since there were no jams or other toppings - only butter. It would have been nice to have better choices for people with allergies. I ended up buying breakfast at another establishment for most of the days I stayed at the hotel.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff. They got me an exra blanket when I was cold. The kitchen staff made the extra effort to make me scrambled eggs without dairy products to which I am allergic. I really appreciated that gesture.

Bathroom/toilet area very cramped in so close to each other. Vanity area great as usual. Bed was very lumpy had sink holes in mattress. Our backs were achy in the morning

Staff should respect the check-out time. Despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, people knocked on it twice before 11:00 a.m.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Our room was comfortable and reasonably spacious. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were adequate. However, the décor and furnishings felt a bit outdated and in need of some refreshing. The hotel had a small gym and a swimming pool

The outside was not appealing. Had I not seen the rooms on line, I would not have stayed here. There was "something" smeared down the stairwell. And water leaking onto the walkways from air conditioners. Also. Location is central to the area but very noisy. Don't look to sleep in.

Check in was easy. The room was clean and as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items.

The room stank of cleaner, maybe carpet cleaner. It was very overpowering and gave me a bad headache. Lots of kids running around above us.

I didn't like being awakened at 2 AM by a chirping, talking smoke alarm with low batteries. Although the front desk staff changed the batteries, they weren't trained to reset the alarm, so it never shut up. Appreciated being given another room to sleep in, but the staff should be trained to reset the alarm.

I liked the clean rooms, the gym, and the breakfast.

Deck Chair was too low would not rise. A/C ran pretty much all night and was noisy despite efforts to change,
