We booked early and asked for two rooms adjoining or next to each other as we were traveling with 3 children. They put our rooms on opposite ends of the complex and would not change them.

We had fun swimming, and enjoyed the hot tub, however they could of been a little bit cleaner.

Swimming pool was a little too cool. They didn't make the beds up each night which is more common with a lot of motels now. I was fine with it, but I would have preferred that they tell us that they would clean the room but not make beds. They I would have known and would have made my own bed. Which is what I did the later nights. Also there was a piece of the bed frame in Room 136 that was sticking out and my wife stubbed her foot on it. I should have told management about it, but forgot to. Just a maintenance issue.

The Breakfast was very good and everyone liked it a lot. The kids loved the swimming pool. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

It just hasn’t been updated in awhile.

The property is close to Main St and SUU. It’s an easy walk to great food. The staff was kind and very helpful. After we checked out, the cleaning crew found a few of our items left behind and the front desk called to let us know so we could pick them up.

Housekeeping staff seemed overworked. We asked for service the 2nd day. I was a little surprised we had to ask for it. The 3rd day, we past on service and just asked for towels, shampoo, etc.

The location is perfect for our attending Utah Shakespeare Festival plays. Housekeeping & breakfast staff are very good, & friendly.

Your basic average motel for a pretty high price but the same as the market due to the Shakepeare Festival. It met our ecpectations for a place to spend one night.

Direct TV was out our entire trip without any explanation or phone call from management. Plus the remote did not work hardly at all. Phone and clock were both non working. We have stayed here several times over the last several years, it is our favorite in Cedar City but we did notice that the rooms and grounds seem neglected and are not being kept up. Hope that changes. The non slip in the bath tub is so worn out that it was very slippery in the tub, very hazardous.

Room was large and comfy. Good shower and vanity area. Lighting in room was very good. Pool house was outstanding for grand kids, they loved it. Location excellent and close to many good restaurants. Breakfast was very good but scrambled eggs were salted and too salty. Leave the salt for customers choice. Ruined perfectly good healthy scrambled eggs.

Everything was great!

We were in town doing a college campus tour and our stay was great. Large room, very clean. Very large bathroom. Comfortable beds, and on site laundry which was nice. The Sizzler next door was great also, the best one we've ever been to.

The bathroom was small for a Deluxe King Room. There was no outlet by the vanity outside the bathroom to plug in coffee maker or curling iron. There was only one trash can in the whole room. Trash can got full quick.
