Not enough towels for a family of 4! The breakfast is water downed eggs and sausage patties need a lot of syrup to mask the frozen taste, the elderly couple who service the breakfast area watches you like a hawk. Makes you very uncomfortable, they sit in the corner booth next to the window!

The front desk said breakfast started at 9 but really ended at 9 kinda disappointed there, but other than that, everything was good.

Room isn’t clean, towels are stained and dingy. Bed is lumpy and pillows are worthless. Walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors talking and the traffic noise is unreal! Pretty much a dump

The one thing I can say good about this place is it has great water pressure in the shower.

Originally glad to be able to park with acces to room. Later found out there was no quiet time standards enforced. People standing outside our door after midnight talking and laughing. I had to intervene. Walls were paper thin so you could hear people

I got charged on my debit card saying I stayed two nights plus I payed with cash I need you return both of them 67dollar charged to debit card I payed the room with a hundred dollars cash and used debit card for deposit not rent but I was charged for the rent twice and it went off of my debit card I paid rent with. Cash but got 67 twice lon my debit card when all I was being charged with rent on my card when I gas e her the card she took card for rent iim upsetcause I wss not wanting to put the rent on card csuse me overdraft on my acout plus chard fees for overdraw

We booked for two nights. I have NEVER had anyone come into my room and move my things around like they did to me. Made me feel very uneasy about leaving my personal belongings in a room while I wasn’t there. Laying in bed an hour before check out and they try to enter the room not once but TWICE. And needs more attention to the cleaning..

The room was comfortable. Very adequate and roomy.

Other guests were loud and rude during hours most people would be sleeping. Several times other guests would be having loud conversations outdoors which interrupted our sleep (1AM to 3 AM).

Location was convenient to the airport.

The staff was a little abrasive. When I got there I told them I had a pet. They didn't charge me for the pet fee. The next morning they called my phone and then banged on the door demanding I come to the office. I told them I had just gotten out of the shower. They still banged on the door. Then they tried to come in when I was half dressed. I went to the office and they charged me extra for a pet fee, even though I checked off on their paperwork that I had a pet.

The room was clean and neat. The amenities were decent.

They do NOT strip the beds after your stay… witnessed it myself multiple times when housekeeping was cleaning rooms. My bed had weed and some kinda black stuff sprinkled in it when I arrived.

The toilet didn’t work properly. After the staff plunged it from the people before, it flushed about twice before stopping working again.

Staff was friendly, and immediately came to help when the toilet was clogged before we arrived.
