We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe building itself could use a few upgrades...siding coming off, parking lot fence needs repair, floor of bathtub sunk in. All cosmetic, but would really make a better appearance. The in-room coffee pot was full of dust.
The breakfast was ok. Location was close to where I was visiting. The cost of the hotel was within reason. The room was clean, beds and bathroom had clean linens.

United StatesThis property really needs to provide blackout shades or curtains for the windows. Truck stops have search lights blaring 24/7. Difficult to sleep unless you have an eye mask with you.
Somewhat difficult to find. Lots of trucking avtivity nearby, but close to I-40. Good breakfast. Quick stop neaxt door has a good supply of food items and sbnacks for travelers.

United StatesBeing on the second floor (I booked the room almost a month ago), not taking my American Express card (they could've said something ahead of time), there's no elevators (I have a mobility scooter and my husband had to carry it upstairs). The staff was unfriendly. The price.
The breakfast was okay. Just had eggs, sausage links, and cereal. I'm use to them having a full breakfast menu. The room was very clean and looked great.

This hotel was close to where I needed to be. There are very limited choices of hotels in Helena, and this was the best I could find. But this is not a property I would choose if I had better options available.

I just like the staff kindness . Thank you Jacqueline . They had me set even though they had challenges with an ice storm causing problems in the Helena-West Helena area. Even though it was a not so good day to operate because of power outages in the area they did well.
