    It was a little pricey.

    Family loved the breakfast. Room and facilities were clean. Bed, linens, towels were clean and without stains. Bed was actually comfortable.

    We had to request soap, they just forgot to leave any in the bathroom.

    Breakfast was very good, room was clean, pool area was clean and nice, Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

    Everything was to our liking. Only there for less than 12 hours. Staff very helpful, breakfast much enjoyed. Rooms comfortable and clean. Definately would stay there again if in the area.

    My room was not what I booked. I have multiple sclerosis and use a walker. I can not get in and out of a tub/shower. I did not get my room with a roll in shower(one that I booked). I was there for 2 nights and had to wash in the sink :(

    When I arrived I was ask for my credit card by Best Western. I looked at my credit card statement, I was billed by Best Wester and Booking.com for the same one night stay. What do we do about that?

    The manager, who we had to call because even though the app said we could pay cash, he wouldn’t let the lady who checked us in take cash. Of course by that time we couldn’t get out of our reservation without being charged.

    The staff members were awesome! The hotel room was very clean and quiet; however, the hot tub was filthy and looked like a swill. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but this seems true of all hotels now.

    That their staff double charges! Luckily I caught it myself or they would of got almost $500 for 1 night! No apologies from management!

    The hotel itself was great! But the staff double charging me and still waiting on a refund is Ridiculous!

    Rooms were not ready at 4:00pm, no accommodations ready for handicap rooms, when a chaperon can not sleep in bed with client, they had no place to sleep.

    The door locks were awful. Had to get the keycards redone multiple times. The room next door has the bathroom fan left on for days even though no one was in it

    someone tried to open my room door at 7:30am scaring me, it was housekeeping. not a good way to start the day.

    Dirty, dirty. The pool was disgusting. The breakfast was horrible. No coffee and the chief was very rude.

    Having booked a handicap accessible room, we were VERY disappointed to find that the room they assigned to us was not cleaned AT ALL. No cleaning personnel was available until the following day which meant we did NOT have a handicap accessibility as booked. That made for an extremely difficult night's stay. The front desk gal assigned us another room, but didn't seem to have any empathy or care either way.

    Decent breakfast. I think this would have been a much better overall experience if we would have gotten the handicap accessibility room as booked.

    Noisy. Outside patio was underneath our window. Loud party til 1:00 am. Why don’t you have patio hours like you have pool hours. Ugh! Drippy noise coming from ceiling vent all night long. Sink didn’t drain. The plunger was stuck in down position. We finally propped the bar of soap under the stopper to keep it open. Really!? Fix that, please.

    Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Nice breakfast selection. Staff were great!!

    We arrived at 10 pm. The front door was not open. There was a sign that gave directions on how to open it, but it wouldn’t open. We knocked. We called the front desk. Twenty minutes later we saw an employee, who was closing down the pool. We waved, but we’re ignored. Finally, we were able to push and slide the door open. The employee was very annoyed that we were in. She even said, “I locked that door. How did you get in?” She was rude and very unprofessional. I will add, the morning worker was very professional and kind.

    The property was clean. The breakfast was good.

    I didn’t feel totally safe and I had to get a new key card multiple times, due to it not working.
