We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy room was not what I booked. I have multiple sclerosis and use a walker. I can not get in and out of a tub/shower. I did not get my room with a roll in shower(one that I booked). I was there for 2 nights and had to wash in the sink :(

United StatesThe manager, who we had to call because even though the app said we could pay cash, he wouldn’t let the lady who checked us in take cash. Of course by that time we couldn’t get out of our reservation without being charged.
The staff members were awesome! The hotel room was very clean and quiet; however, the hot tub was filthy and looked like a swill. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but this seems true of all hotels now.

United StatesHaving booked a handicap accessible room, we were VERY disappointed to find that the room they assigned to us was not cleaned AT ALL. No cleaning personnel was available until the following day which meant we did NOT have a handicap accessibility as booked. That made for an extremely difficult night's stay. The front desk gal assigned us another room, but didn't seem to have any empathy or care either way.
Decent breakfast. I think this would have been a much better overall experience if we would have gotten the handicap accessibility room as booked.

United StatesNoisy. Outside patio was underneath our window. Loud party til 1:00 am. Why don’t you have patio hours like you have pool hours. Ugh! Drippy noise coming from ceiling vent all night long. Sink didn’t drain. The plunger was stuck in down position. We finally propped the bar of soap under the stopper to keep it open. Really!? Fix that, please.

United StatesWe arrived at 10 pm. The front door was not open. There was a sign that gave directions on how to open it, but it wouldn’t open. We knocked. We called the front desk. Twenty minutes later we saw an employee, who was closing down the pool. We waved, but we’re ignored. Finally, we were able to push and slide the door open. The employee was very annoyed that we were in. She even said, “I locked that door. How did you get in?” She was rude and very unprofessional. I will add, the morning worker was very professional and kind.
The property was clean. The breakfast was good.
