Room had a pungent smell of strong disinfectant. It ruined our stay. The shower shelf appeared to have been ripped off the wall. Floor tiles in front of bathroom cracked. Ice machine didn’t work.

I booked 2 rooms.....they only had me down for one I said I wanted to settle the bill in cash after giving them a card on check in. This was an issue The Booking.com price Did Not Include State Taxes They use polystyrene plates and bowls and plastic cutlery....... disgusting. Acceptable during COVID or if you are in a correctional facility but not a hotel. For Christ's sake. Pay for staff to wash up hotel crockery and cutlery you cheapskates

Not enough seats in the breakfast area. My wife recently stayed at best western in Bryan Tx and was told she had a discount coming. I asked for it and was told it didn’t apply because I used Booking.com When I checked out I asked for a receipt and was told they couldn’t provide one because I used Booking.com

Check-in was bad. We arrived at 2:50 pm., fully aware that check-in isn't officially until 3. But they seemed to not have any rooms ready (10 minutes should not make a difference). The young women behind the desk reminded us more than once that we were "early" as they obviously were scrambling to find us a clean room. Suggestion: "It will be a few minutes; would you like a bottle of water while you wait?" We had driven 7 hours in near-100 degree temps. Then (now it was after 3) some guy, perhaps a manager, although he didn't identify himself as such, appeared to let us know he had us a room but then reminded us that check-in is at 3 (yes, we've been told of this). He then talked about how busy they had been and a WHOLE softball team had been there. So? You are a hotel. They then gave us a key to 319. We go to 319 but it has not been cleaned. We go back down to the front desk; they give us a key to 309. Two queens when we had reserved and paid for a king. By now, we don't care. Just give us a room. At 8:30 p.m. the phone rings. Someone at front desk telling us we are supposed to be in 319. Huh? As an aside, if you really really need reliable internet, this is not the place for you. I could go on, but by now I'm sure you get my point. Please give these people some workshops on customer service.

Location is good. Easy to access.

The parking spaces are entirely too narrow. The doors at each end of the building were not locked. Anyone could’ve walked in. There were some repairs needed in my room (i.e. light fixtures, toilet paper dispenser, carpet was coming off the wall at the baseboard).

It was well landscaped and they kept it clean.

It states it has a bar and the in room information booklet states the bar is open weekdays 5pm-9pm. There was no bar. The outdoor pool is not as nice as pictured. Hallways had a funky odor.

Location. Easy access to Dodge City attractions. It was quiet. Nice hot breakfast

drawers on dresser and door to closet didn’t stay closed. there is a kitchenette but nothing to use to cook with. who is going to bring pots and pans or utensils.

There was nothing I didn't like

From the moment we entered we were treated like family. The room was extremely clean and quiet. Lovely greetings every time they saw us, with a big smile. We were on the road for the entire month, and this was the only hotel that had a complementary HOT breakfast. Everyone else is only offering grab and go, due to Covid19. Which is not good for me as I have celiac disease. So needless to say I was excited. I highly recommend this location. You won't regret it!!!
