The rooms are very spacious and the decor is very unique! We felt like we were in a beautiful cabin in the mountains inside of a hotel room!

This is a high end hotel, so the price is a little bit higher, but totally worth it.

Big Cypress is a beautiful high end hotel. If you are looking for a special place to stay, this is your place.

The staff was so amazing! Always smiling and incredibly friendly was the biggest highlight of my stay! The shuttle system was very convenient for seeing what you wanted in the city.

The only constructive criticism I would offer, is for a continental breakfast. The only thing they offer is free coffee on the third floor. The restaurants in Bass Pro Shop do not open until later & you have plans for later & would just like a bagel or light snack to get you through. So please offer a continental breakfast.

ALL The staff were WONDERFUL!!! I can not brag on them enough. I hugged them all. The room was beautiful, the view from the balcony was amazing & the free shuttle service was a life saver for getting to & from the nearby graduation we went there for. Down town Memphis parking is terrible on a good day, so the Free hotel shuttle bus was awesome.

spa has limited hours and availability for travelers. other guests commented on this as well. limited bar space for hotel guests that is not part of the regular dining options.

room is comfortable, we also went bowling and walked around the shop, had burgers for dinner

Restaurant and store closing time was very early on Sundays (7pm). Not a criticism of the hotel but the Wahlburger’s Wild restaurant (which is on property) was very poor. The food was bland and very expensive for what it is. I’d recommend avoiding this and going to either of the Big Cypress Lodge offerings instead.

Helpful and friendly staff. Valet parking. Excellent outdoor theming. Very clean. We had an interior room with a balcony that overlooks the store. This was fantastic and I would recommend getting this over an exterior room (it’s also great for planning your next purchase…).

The restaurant wa a bit chaos , got the bill during the main course not felling quit relaxed, . And at 0600 in the morning the fire alarm went off so everyone had to get out of the hotel , was a bit chaos and no information from staff , false alarm lucky ,

Did NOT like the room service food. Everything is cooked in butter. Food at the rooftop bar is excellent though.

The bar/restaurant up at the lookout were not very attentive. We sat there for about 10 minutes waiting to order a drink. Would be understandable if it was busy, but it wasn't. We made eye contact with the bar tender, and it truly felt like he was ignoring us. Everything else about this place was amazing.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price, don’t get me wrong, I will be staying here again! However it is a bit pricey.

The environment was amazing! The staff treated us with great respect and had plenty of things for my baby to participate in. The rooms we stayed in were amazingly comfortable and the views were beautiful!

Amazing time staying in the pyramid. The hotel was super cool, with multiple shared lounge spaces that were nicely decorated. The balcony of our room was great. Also room was spacious and clean.
