The bed was uncomfortable woke up with a bad back and some of the pillows were a little hard, and there was so service book in my desk or a bible like at other hotels or a notepad or pen in the desk just a piece of paper telling me the cable channels

The beds were very uncomfortable. They definitely need to be upgraded. We were in 137. My son's were in 135, and their beds were better comfort quality.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

It was very entertaining for our six year old and had a small free breakfast, it was also very conveniently located right by a few restaurants and a gas station.

The beds were very uncomfortable way stiff plus one bed was very small compared to the other. Which we did know till the morning after us parents slept in the smaller one because my husband has to have a fan at night so we choose the bed by the ac. Which had to be a full compared to the other one being a queen.

I loved that there was so much to do right on site didn't have to drive somewhere else, casino for us parents, swimming and a hot tub for both and an arcade for the kids.

The hard wood floors were a bit dirty but expected for that type of flooring. The access door on the side of the building did not work with my key card so I had to walk all the way to the front, it was a bit annoying when I came back to the hotel late. The other staff was very nice except for the last night we were there. The night shift lady, did not greet us when we went in like the others did, this night shift lady also accused my children of stealing out of the cooler. Also stated to me the incident was on camera, when I ask her to see it because I know my children are thieves. I ask to see this footage, she stated I have to talk to the manager so I got the information down, that morning the manger was not available but she did call me the next day. She also apologized to me and stated the person who accused my children of stealing was being handled. This meant alot to me, The manager cared and that is all that mattered to me, I was satisfy with the call. Again the hotel itself is great!

Ashley was one of the night clerks when we arrived it was late but expected when I booked it she was absolutely wonderful she called after I got settled to my room asking if there was anything else. It was a great experience, the location was great! It was close to the mall, restaurants and my uncles place whom I was visiting, The rooms I booked was joining together which I loved since I traveled with my family. The pool slides were closed but we got to swim and enjoy the hot tub. The arcade was great for my kids.

The room was severely outdated, and the furniture was extremely worn. I found several pieces of trash left from previous guests. Breakfast was disappointing, I would have been willing to pay extra for breakfast to receive better options.

The location was great for what we were in town for. The size of the room was fantastic for an energetic 2 year old. The desk agent at check in/out, I believe her name was Amber was great. We didn't get to check out the Reef but maybe next time.

The most disappointing thing was the breakdown. It was a below-basic continental breakfast. The beds and pillows were softer for our liking.

Access to the Waterpark. The room itself is nice. Love having hard surface flooring. But could stand to have newer furniture.

Main concern was The room was not very clean for a $120 a night room. The walls were thin so you could hear everything.

The casino wasn't open long enough for us to go inside. The time it was open was for less than an hour and we were there for 3 days.

I liked that there was access to the water park without going outside in the cold. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant when assisting us.

The continual breakfast wasn't very good. Not much selection. The Reef charged us $36 for 3 grandkids for 1 hour of time before they closed for the night. That's too much.

The bed closer to the TV in my room has several broken springs and sinks when you sit on it. This room is a handicapped room and people need proper support in the mattresses. The other bed was fine.

Amenities are terrible here. No coffee or breakfast after 930am. You can not have adults drinks in the pool area. And the continental breakfast was available for only a few hours, with very little to choose from. Considering these rooms were $200 plus a night, I would recommend staying at hotel with a trusted name.

Absolutely great location. You really are just a hop and skip to just about everything.

Pay extra for the water park. Location is in strange spot. Construction and dusty. I'm sure the the construction is done it won't be so dusty. No rain so I am sure it made it worse.

The price was good. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. Check in was simple. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
