Management needs to improve maintenance. Lots of little things - indoor hot tub not working (outdoor ones were OK) sticky doors, broken cooktop solved by putting a standalone cooktop on top of the built in broken one! These things add up and it hurts the overall experience.

No storage space in the room for clothes, only an open hanging rod. Elevator did not work the last day, so had to lug the bags down.

Very friendly staff, comfortable and homey environment. Close to ski area and the shuttle buses were a great perk.

Breakfast, while free, was very average. Obviously powdered eggs and soggy sausage. Fine for free, but not necessarily up to par given the price of the stay. All utensils were single-use. The ski storage outside was a bit annoying but that's fairly standard.

The room, the view, and the location were great. The staff were excellent and helpful and kind. The facility was clean and rooms were incredibly cozy.

Extra charging for parking. There is abundant parking at this location and it is not in a downtown city location so I would not expect additional charging for parking.

Rooms are large, bedding is comfortable, nice size pool and spa.

The temperature control was set so that I could not make it cooler. So I was hot at times in my room. The pool area needs to be updated. Breakfast was nice to have but fairly basic.

We were there for 3 days and there was NO cleaning done....which I am not a messy person.....however by cleaning I mean NO clean towels or toilet paper or Kleenex were ever brought. It is a good thing I brought several towels and wash cloths from home.

It was a beautiful room and in a beautiful lodge. The room was very clean.

It ended up costing us more than the quote and despite sending multiple messages via Bookings.com we're not getting a response as to why and whether an adjustment can be made. That has tanished our experience which otherwise would have been fantastic.

Lovely building, great spot.Big Sky is incredible!! The hotel was lovely and fit right into the Big Sky vibe. A cooked breakfast was a nice bonus.

Our room, 409 there was the sound of water running from a shower or toilet. (all night) Not sure what it actually was. I almost asked to change rooms however, I did not. There was a gap in one of the ceiling tiles as well. There was no more rooms above us, so I don't actually know what or where the water running noise was. But, that is what it sounded like.

The location was great, the staff and facility was great. Breakfast included is always a bonus.

The pillows are a bit too soft for my taste. Some firm options would have been great, as we stayed there for numerous nights and after a few days, my neck misses my "home" pillow.

Great location, close to the trails and the resort activities. Breakfast is good and filling, continental style. Staff is very kind and respectful. The rooms are very spacious GREAT for sharing!
