The water smelled like sulfur, coffee pot kept throwing an error code, couches were uncomfortable, walls Were dirty and ceiling fans were dusty

Great location, close to multiple different beaches, slept our family of 7 comfortably, had plenty of space for us all.

We had difficulty accessing the house. Maintenance had to come out and open the property. The water had a terrible sulphuric smell. The property had dirty / worn out furniture. Musty smells. There was mold on the ceilings. The kitchen was not property stocked. The steps to the house were rotten in areas and were dangerous. The yard and outside area had not been mowed or maintained. It was an extreme disappointment. Not at all what your advertising led us to believe.

There wasn't enough beds available for 6 people even though you advertise on website that it sleeps 8. And no cookware to use to cook meals for a family of 6

    Nice and clean

I guess I didn't look intently enough, but I was under the impression that "on the coast" meant "walking distance to a beach" I guess they're not synonymous. cleanliness was unimpressive. not disgusting, but can DEFINITELY be improved. dead ants everywhere, pet hair all over minimally stained couches upon arrival, etc.

it was enough room for 6 adults, 2 children, and a dog!

The water had a terrible oder....extremely. The only other item that needs attention are the blinds, many were missing on several windows. Outside of those...it was fantastic!

    Almost everything!!

It could have been a little cleaner. There were soda cans under the car port and trash in the front yard. The pots and pans were dirty and there were roaches. Everyone we went into the kitchen we killed a roach or two.

The house is great, has a great view and is roomy and spacious.

The location is actually not on St. George Island as advertised it is in Eastpoint which is before you cross the bridge to St. George Island. Forget watching TV unless you get a streaming signal. You must have your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, etc... to watch TV. The blinds need to be replaced, several missing. Patio furniture is rusted and broken.

The house was nice and clean.

The yard needed to be mowed the house and driveway was hard to find a lot of overgrown bushes just not maintenance the house was not very clean the front door has a gap it feels like there is a fan the floors I've never seen my socks that dirty in my life the blinds are broken mildew on the ceiling in the kitchen spider webs all over the ceiling in the corners I have pictures of everything and it would have been nice to know about the water can't even take a shower it smells so bad when we got there that night it had stormed really bad it would have been nice to know how to use the hurricane shutters it is a nice house just needs updating and maintenance and your cleaners need to be better I took the trash can to the road it about killed me it was stuff full I don't see that should be our responsibility or to start the laundry

The house was nice the bedrooms are a nice size the yard is a good size but not maintenance would not recommend hanging out with the snakes LOL

the window shades in many of the windows could not be adjusted. the plumbing in the showers was old and hard to use. at one time I'm sure it was a lovely place but it needs work. the steps up to the door were scary - you could see where the wood was pulling away and exposed nails

    the view is fabulous

The walls and air vents were very dusty. AC filter needs to be changed. No wine opener. Simple things that can be fixed quickly. The master bedroom needs batteries for the TV remote.

    Great location. Lots of room!

unclean, old, unkept up, couldn’t use the air, the fridge water filter needed to be changed, not in St. George as suggested by the booking, there were no simple supplies like it said, the silverware in the drawers was gross, couldn’t cook with what was provided because of it. there were no blinds… in Florida.. just see through curtains.

the location wasn’t awful, but wasn’t as described

The queen sized bed has a 5” memory foam mattress: not enough support. Needs to be switched to a firm mattress. I could only sleep in one position. Also, the window above the queen sized bed leaks a lot of air around the frame. We actually felt a breeze coming thru on windy nights, and was very cold on 40’ nights.

The view of the bay and proximity to beaches and Apalachicola, a charming historic town. Very pleasing accommodations Good bedroom/bathroom arrangements, nice deck, good cooking equipment in kitchen and gas grill.
