The only thing that could have been better was the time it took to get breakfast. It seemed like it was understaffed but it was The Rolling Stones weekend so hotel was filled. Great food.

The room was great and the restaurants were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and staff was really helpful with getting around and attending to our needs.

the breakfast food was supposed to be hot - eggs, toast, and bacon, but it was cold upon arrival. It otherwise tasted good. The room was great, very comfortable. Loved the Dyson hair dryer. Only complaint was there was a strange noise in the kitchen and living area the whole time we were there. Since the bedroom was a separate room, it didn't prevent us from sleeping. It just was annoying when we were sitting in the living and kitchen areas. Sounded like something draining constantly.

The staff is excellent (all are great, from Housekeeping staff greeting you in the corridors to F&B staff and of course Pablo!), the hotel and room looks and smells amazing, and the food is really good!

Self parking and valet are overpriced. The parking garage is too tight to self-park. The sky plum bar food was good, but we had to wait over 40 minutes just for our drink order (just a bottle of wine) and over an hour for our food (2 appetizers & a sandwhich). After 30 minutes we went up to ask about our bottle of wine, and they said they were still working on it, even though every single person who came in after us already had their drinks, and some their food. The staff at the bar were friendly and nice but the wait time was excessive, they obviously forgot about us but didn’t want to admit it. A bottle of wine shouldn’t take 40 minutes.

Fantastic rain shower head; beautiful bathroom and spacious room. The staff accomodated our request for a quiet room, and we also had a great view. Comfortable beds. Easy valet parking. Shuttle service was a bonus! Sky plum bar food very good.

The only thing I wish I would have known before booking is that when booking 3rd party (Booking.com) the deposit required is $100 PER night. In addition, your parking options are limited to self park in the garage for $35/night or valet park in the garage for $45/night. It ended up making my stay almost $200 more expensive than I had expected.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice, everything was clean, & the room was spacious & comfortable. I didn't spend too much time in the hotel but the 13th floor had a sax player one afternoon which was nice and they did have a full bar

Could not contact Housekeeping by phone. Had to track someone down in the hall for more towels, coffee, etc.

we did have 2 small hiccups, I chose the breakfast included option on booking but when i got there they stated they do not include breakfast they instead gave me 2 $20 vouchers for 2 meals but there were 5 of us who paid for breakfast be included. I think the breakfast included option should be taken off the site. another thing one of the Valet drivers drove one of our cars a little crazy so we decided to switch to self-parking.

The breakfast was delicious. the accommodations were perfect. We had the Two-bedroom suite. Very beautiful and spacious. Staff was very friendly.

The location was not central and not near local walkable shops, though as we had a car this was not a problem. Loungers round the pool were made of hard rattan, not so comfy without towels. No other issues!

Superb hotel. Excellent service (especially from Pablo on Reception). Warm welcome, swift easy valet parking, large comfy lobby area. Or room was a suite; very large, with really comfy settee and beds, spacious wardrobes, a safe, lovely large marble bathroom (shower, no bath), with Dyson hair-dryer, easy to use effective aircon, lots of lighting & electric outlets, good TV with lots of choice, and decent small fridge and a sink / worktop area. Ice maker on the corridor. Laundry room was excellent: we used the free to use computer controlled washers and dryers. The outdoor swimming pool on the roof space was spacious, with great service from the bar next door, the water was warm enough even on a cooler day.

I wish rooms had a microwave I don’t think people should have to pay extra for it. It should be apart of anywhere you stay. The rooms should have a trash can there was only one small one in the bathroom. Also breakfast should be included in the stay as well most places include those things these days.

I like the customer service experience all staff was welcoming. Very clean nice rooms. The hospitality was awesome can’t complain.
