Tammy is super helpful and kind, definitely making sure your experience is optimal. Rooms are clean and cozy. Great for hikers and skiers. You can get a bagged breakfast the night before if you are leaving earlier than breakfast setup in the morning. Like most motel rooms, I recommend bringing slippers in winter, as the floors are cold.

it was a cozy place, the room was big enough for my family, had breakfast (complementary? at the fancy breakfast corner. Tammy (owner/staff) was extremely generous, she was helping me to check in early because we were running late, she was checking on us either we were okay or not when we get there. we have loved everything at Blue Ridge Motel 🥰 we gonna come back for a winter trip

This is a motel that has been updated. Bed was comfy and the bathroom clean with an abundance of towels. Also very quiet. The owner also made a great dinner recommendation: Trail Break in town. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay

Some noise early in the morning from contracted construction workers; some difficulty in operating the satellite television remote controls.

Breakfast was fine, with fresh coffee, bagels, and blueberry muffins.

We were there for three nights. One day the door wouldn't unlock and our room wasn't cleaned. When we came in, there was an unmade bed and no clean towels.

Things were a little loud outside as folks were going in and out, but really not bad. It's tough to really insulate sound in an old building.

lovingly restored old roadside motel. They couldn't make the rooms larger, but they made each one individual, and added great touches like really nice linens, mini-fridges, etc. Staff were super friendly, and it's clear that this is a place run with love.

It was quiet, older style motel, recently updated, very friendly and helpful . Good coffee, the breakfast was good, especially the Raspberry Scones. It was a very nice stay we enjoyed it a lot only wished we could have stayed longer. They have done a great job renovating and I would recommend them to anyone

While I would say this is something we didn’t like, it would have been convenient to have something like hooks on the inside if the bathroom door and also some shelving to place toiletries

Our room was all ready for us with AC on in advance for comfort. Although a continental breakfast was available. We did not take advantage of it as we had made plans to meet friends for breakfast. Though it was nice to know it was available

Not much, we loved this place! The TV was a little small if you need that kind of thing. We didn't use it enough to care. There wasn't much room to place items/toiletries in the bathroom but not a deal breaker. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Super cute little motel in a great location and wonderful staff. Loved the delicious breakfast and fresh coffee in the morning. Also has a cute little souvenir store and items for purchase that you may have forgotten (Toothbrush, etc.). Easy parking right outside our door. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfy bed. Close to great hiking, a brewery and a delicious dinner spot. There was also a communal campfire pit that we didn't use but would have if we had stayed longer and had time. The price is way lower than most other options we looked at. We're already planning our next trip!

The A/C could have worked a little better. Other than that, this place was great honestly.

This was a lot nicer in person! And the host was such a lovely woman. I had to hike very early the next morning, so she packed my a breakfast in a brown bag.

Loved the location. Schroon Lake is beautiful. The hotel was cozy and welcoming. Staff was warm and helpful. Very accommodating to see that we were all comfortable. Highly recommend.

Property was clean and quiet. The owner was extremely attentive and kind. Check in area was so pleasant and the owner was obviously very anxious to make a nice impression. Room AC worked great, room smelled nice. A couple of things in the bathroom could use a little upgrade like the vanity top but they are renovating everything bit by bit. Nice goodies for the continental breakfast and lots of coffee and tea assortment.

Drove up to see my niece who was performing in the French opera version of Cinderella. Have never been in this beautiful area of New York! The blue ridge came recommended by my brother who was also at the opera. The owner was lovely! The motel was very clean! Newly furnished ! Lovely continental breakfast!
