The price is a little high considering there are only microwave or cold breakfast options. There are in general very few amenities if that's your thing.

Very cute and the location was great. You are near downtown, tunnel road, and biltmore village. Rooms are large and have a good sized fridge and a microwave. Was great for our one night stay.

The manager went out of his way to check us in at 1:00 instead of the normal 3;00. He had a stack of bed spreads in his arms helping housekeeping when I first saw him. Kudos to him and house cleaning for the exemplary job and courtesy.

The room smelled really bad. Like wet, stinky carpet. It isn't fair to say there was no bedding for the pullout because I was told the housekeepers didn't show up for work that day so the front desk worker and manager had to clean the rooms. The desk worker was very kind in getting me the bedding. I paid way too much money for what we got and the work I had to go through to get bedding. The only reason I paid so much was because we needed 3 beds. I would've expected the room to not have the bad odor it did.

I loved the location. The breakfast and breakfast area was good. The room was clean but the bad odor canceled out the cleanness.

We did have to ask for more towels. 4 of us in the room with 3 towels and 1 bath cloth. Breakfast could be better.

Bathroom is a little tight (toilet proximity to bathtub).

Location is fantastic, close to downtown but away from the noise. Rooms are comfortable, microwave & fridge inside. Ample free parking. Papa & Beers Mexican restaurant is close by-a must when in the area. Front desk staff friendly! Clean rooms.

The plastic chair on the patio was broken in 2 places. I couldn’t sit in it.

Great location. Longhorn restaurant was recommended and it was excellent.

The front desk woman was not very friendly. After that we never saw anyone at the front desk. The gentleman that was helping us check in was very nice but was training and when he asked for her help you would have thought it ruined her day. She never smiled the whole time.

The bed was a little hard for me with a hip problem, prefer / need a softer mattress but otherwise the room was nice, refrigerator & microwave, desk area, 2 chairs for seating, and patio out to courtyard.

Great location, many restaurants in walking distance, clean, safe area, quick access into Downtown within 5 minutes.

I liked the location (on main road with stores and restaurants) & staff was pleasant. My room was clean, smelled good and was quiet! Parking lot is lit bright at night for safety.

They couldn’t accommodate our king bed room because of help issues and didn’t mention it until we inquired.

Would stay here again if going through Asheville! A comfortable and clean room and and additional courtyard to enjoy! it was a great value!

The location was excellent! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, they brought us clean towels and wash cloths daily. It was very quiet the first 2 nights, but then the weekend came and more people showed up, but the noise was still minimal. We stayed here on vacation and this was our first time staying here and before we even headed home, I booked this hotel again for next year!

Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, and we had to be at a dance competition nearby at 7 am. The place looked renovated and our room was pleasant and spacious (king)!

The bed was super comfortable and location was great! Tons of dining options around it!

The breakfast game was pretty weak even for a "continental" breakfast. But at the price of the room, go across the street to Starbucks.

I found the staff to be very nice and professional. the room was maybe a little dated but very clean and comfortable. For the price this is a excellent deal!

The window in our room was broken and only held together with duct tape. While no air flowed through and we were on the 2nd floor. We really felt like fixing it should have been a priority before allowing anyone to stay there.

I wasn't very pleased not having peep holes in the doors. I was told when I checked in that the front desk employees leave around 11 pm. I think this isn't very safe.

outdoor stairs to room only. parking is dimly lit. no one at front desk for 5 mins and no BRB sign.
