There was only one hanger in the closet, which is very inadequate for someone traveling on business. There was only one pack of individual coffee servings, and the coffee make had a coffee pack in the maker from a previous guest. Also, the hotel isn't in the best part of town, and as I was walking from my room to the front desk to check out, a very dirty, shoeless and shady-looking man was walking down the hallway.

My room had nice features, such as USB ports in the headboard on either side of the bed. My room was quiet and clean. Also, I called from the airport for a pickup, and they sent an Uber driver to pick me up, which worked very well.

The property needed maintenance. The sliding door and around the room had cobwebs - wasn’t cleaned. The indoor pool was not properly ventilated and not very clean. The bathroom was extremely small - wash hands while sitting on the toilet. The staff weren’t friendly.

The property was conveniently located off the freeway. It came with a fridge and microwave.

The property itself was not very well maintained. Doors into the building that would normally require a key to gain access to, did not work so anyone may enter the building. our room’s sliding door that would lead to the pool area did not operate correctly, and would not unlock.

Pool was freezing! Not heated at all. Hot tub was tepid and lots of tiles had broken and fallen off. Lobby floor was broken and held together with painters tape. Several homeless people wandering around outside. Blood on the bathroom wall.

When making my reservation it told me that I had the last room. It was for disable which we were ok. The problem is the phone didn't work, the shower head was taped to hold it together and kept falling on our heads. The seat kept falling while showering. We had for 3 people 2 towels only. We were more concern for the actual disable person that came behind us. The staff front lady did not care a bit for any of our concerns. I asked if they had other rooms and never acknowledged my question. The side door when closing actually slammed and was very annoying throughoutthenight. The hallways were noisy till pass 2am.

The carpets had a sticky feeling to it. There was a broken chair. There was a half empty beer, that was probably the most disappointing for us as we have children and obviously the room wasn’t cleaned throughly. Also there was paint chipping on the bathroom door. The pool water was also cold. They had no breakfast, on their website it said they did. It was just a terrible stay. We wanted a refund and they gave us their managers number, we have rung him and the phone just continues ringing.

The parking lot! It was full of homeless and there shopping carts along with scary looking characters. The hotel and staff were good, but I worried about my vehicle all night.

Front desk didn't give direction for convenience parking and room access. Wandered down long hall to find room. The room was not as clean as it should be. The hotel staff loud in hallway.

Lovely friendly staff and very nice rooms. Amazing price with no hidden, unexpected fees. I appreciate an affordable place with some obvious effort and care put into it.

Floors in hallway needs cleaned and mopped. Room had a broken meth pipe and press on finger nails on floor. Need to have a continental breakfast. Coffee in lobby was watered down. Laundry machines are way to expensive. Mold in bathtub. Dent in walls

There was no parking anywhere everything was completely full and people have trailers taking up three and four parking sites in many spots. Maybe if they designated an area just for trailer parking that would help

The bed was comfy I slept well. We booked the room on very short notice and it was ready as soon as we got there. The staff was very kind.

I didn't like that the whole building seemed run down and dirty. Plus our bed was slanted. It tipped down toward the head. There was no plug for the bathtub to take a bath. And the price for this room with it being dirty ans the building rin down was Way too expensive..
