Friendly and helpful staff. There was an accident very near the hotel right after we checked in and they were helpful in directing us so we could leave. The room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful and the dining area was fantastic, great atmosphere.

Had a very late flight coming in. The hotel went above and beyond picking us up via Shuttle late at night and letting us check in even though we checked in the next day instead of our initial check in day due to our flight delay. We were able to get some sleep and enjoy their continental breakfast before using their shuttle to get back to the airport and catch our last flight heading back home.

Limited crosswalks to walk safely if wanting to walk across town. But that’s not their fault. Need a bigger grassy spot with a sign saying pet area or a designated fenced pet area outside the front for pets to do their business. I was walking towards the front coming back from eating at a restaurant and walked over a concentrated amount of dog poo.

Amazing shuttle service to and from the airport (especially when my flight lands extra early or extra late). Appreciate the pre-check in notification that allows us to pick extra services for check in to be smooth. Within walking distance to a gas station and Applebees. Need to ask next time if the hotel offers an in town shuttle service.

The room was large and spacious! The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was awesome! Breakfast was great! They provided shuttle service to the metra so we didn’t have to walk across the busy highway!!

There isn't much I can say at this moment on what could of went better. It was all so good and exceeded expectations.

The staff did extend themselves to meet my needs for travel. Wake up call and transport was a huge plus. On the trip back check in was efficient even though it was so late. Warm cookies wow! thanks

Since it is on a very busy highway I would recommend the top floor for additional noise reduction if that's something that bothers you

Even though this is a private hotel and not a chain it is certainly something that will offer fabulous alternative for consistent cleanliness with excellent beds, lovely lobby and great breakfast alternatives with evening hot beverages and cookies available for free (example nice selection teas) There are lovely keurigs in the room for early morning use with very comfortable beds and excellent pillows. In the king room there is a nice couch for sitting and doing business work on as well as a business table. The bathrooms are well stocked with lovely thick towels. My main goal was being close to the airport with excellent shuttle system and they were fantastic about that. I use them continually for business and now will be using them as my go-to for all my Airport trips coming and going. The staff is very friendly and is able to help with any questions You may have. There is a Applebee's across the parking lot if you want to walk otherwise there are several excellent alternatives with doordash.

All was good and we appreciated the breakfast sandwiches before the 6 o’clock breakfast time. We left at 5:15 and because of flight delays and making flights never had time to eat until 6:15pm in Florida.

I was a little disappointed in the hot tubs... they both were dirty and had debris sitting in the bottom of them. I kept sitting & standing on stuff. And on the last night of our stay, the elevator went out, but stuff breaks, we understand.

We try to stay here every year we travel to Billings. It is a little spendy, but what isn't nowadays. We love the way the Boothill looks and feels very much like home. We love the way the rooms look now! Even though the elevator broke the lady at the front desk was more than willing to go out of her way to either run up and grab the elevator to bring down, help us with our luggage, she was so sweet and I don't think anyone has ever even offered that.

Staff was excellent. The pool was out of order and it was my daughter's birthday so they took 30 bucks off the room, which was very nice. Good location, clean rooms.
