Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe room is small, hair dryer was missing but just ask for it. No cup for hot drinks but go and ask for it.
A simple place with all necessary amenities for a one-night stay. If your goal is to visit Great Basin NP then this is a good choice, decent price with a good restaurant on-site.

United StatesThe motel room was very clean, with new carpet but tired. It fit our needs, but if you want TV it isn’t in the room. WiFi works. The gas station lights are very bright and some of the RVs have their porch lights on so the night sky is not great, you have to walk or drive away to really get a good dark sky.
The location has great for access to Glacier Basin NP. The store is very basic but has what I needed. It is an older place, but kept up pretty well. It is on the Hwy but was quiet at night. We stayed two nights, and unlike many other places they made our bed and gave us fresh towels! That was very nice.

United StatesThe property is dated, but was clean and in working order.
I arrived expecting to charge at the Shell Recharge station that showed, and still shows available. The charger was not active. The staff the second night was extremely helpful. She found a place for me to charge overnight. The staff is was generally prompt and helpful throughout. This was the highlight of the location. The restaurant is good and is a good value for the money. All mechanical items were working including the water pressure, cooling, and appliances.

United Statesnothing but just be aware that you are in between 2 states with 2 different timeline 😂. 1 hour difference between one side of the hotel and the other. so if you have a visit scheduled be careful
this hotel was buy far the most surprising of our road trip. on our way to Great Basin we stopped there. literally located on the border of 2 states. Nevada and Utah. the gas station is in one state and the hotel in the other one. you have the 2 states sign outside of the hotel. the room were comfortable with a private bathroom. the night was really calm and the entrance of Great Basin is only 20 minutes away. the staff was really nice and helpful.

United StatesThe toilet was noisy and outdated! The casino could have paid off more often, instead of not at all! Need to sell Micheladas in the beer cooler!
The breakfast burrito was wrapped “to-go” and was perfect to eat at Great Basin NP!

United StatesIt's old and could use more renovation. The beds weren't the most comfortable but did the job. It's kind of weird that check-in and all services are in the gas station, but it was fine. Get ice, towels, etc. from the gas station desk. One of the door handles to our room were a pain in the rear to get unlocked and closed.
This was a great place to stay to go into Great Basin National Park. It was no frills, really basic, but convenient location when there wasn't a lot of choices, especially for a reasonable price. It was clean enough and the staff were helpful.

United StatesDespite reviews claiming that the restaurant had vegan options and the restaurant having a vegetarian menu, virtually none of the items on the vegetarian menu (let alone anything vegan) were actually available (Monty Python cheese shop anyone ?).
The location was good (particularly the proximity to Great Basin National Park), the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

United StatesThe price could have been a little less. Over all, do not go in expect the Ritz Carlton and you will not be disappointed.
It was exactly what we needed driving across country. Easy and simple!! We needed to rest our heads, the bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The shower felt so good, it was hot and great water pressure. Nothing fancy, but it served a great purpose; rest, quiet, a shower, and friendly and helpful employees.

United StatesNothing in particular, I guess I'd have to say this is a relatively remote location so you just have to trust that when you hear howling winds outside it's just cause it's windy and nothing scary happening out there. If you're a light sleeper I'd say pack some earplugs since the air conditioner was not the most quiet, but in my opinion, if it works, it works.
The location is excellent for if you'd like to go see Great Basin National Park, as the park is just a quick 8 minute drive to the entrance from the hotel itself. It's a pretty standard motel, with decorations that are specific to the area. We had a microwave and a mini fridge, bathroom with shower and towels, bed with the right sized pillows, one for each person, and a table that my boyfriend could work at with ease. Parking is right in front of the room so moving items in and out of the car was easy, and Wi-Fi worked great which is always pleasant to find. We bring around three plushies as pillows and when housekeeping came by they arranged them so that they were hugging which was the cutest thing I had ever seen before in my entire life. Great stay overall.
