Location is right at the foot of the Flatiron mountains. Incredible views and right at the trail head. It got a little crowded in the parking lot which causes a little traffic, but manageable. Interesting cottages, pleasant surprise. Close to downtown and many activities.

Unfortunately, there was a huge snowstorm and the dining hall was closed the remaining days of our stay. We did lose electricity for several hours, however they did get it going again in the evening

The location and the cabin was lovely- We had dinner at the Dining Hall and it was exceptional our first night. It was so great that we could bring our dog who had fun in the snow!

The instructions on where to check in could not be found on Booking.com. Had to go to Chautauqua Cottages’ website to find out and that even took a little searching to find.

I loved the peace and quiet which was the purpose of my trip. About 10 minutes away from most things in Boulder (shopping, grocery, etc) and a few minute walk from the cottage to the trailhead.

The restaurant didn’t want to let us eat on arrival at 6:15pm. Fortunately, the manager acquiesced after learning we had a rough travel day and we’re staying there.

Parking can tough. Warning: when store opens at 9, complementary pastries go from graciously included to "go to the store and pay for them."

Adorable comfortable cabins with good modernization, great value. Full kitchen was impressive. Great A/C if it's hot. The whole park is a Beautiful property with a really interesting history!

There are no TVs in the cottages -- and while that was clear in the booking descriptions, it would be nice if a basic TV and viewing subscription of some type were added. The cottages and location are fantastic as-is, but they would be even better with this minor addition.

The location in Boulder is exceptional -- this is just outside the CU campus and also sits directly on more than one significant trailhead for hiking/mountain biking excursions.

Beautiful grounds in walking distance to trail heads, dining, and a great concert.

At $375 or so per night, it's a lot to spend on a tiny cottage so I would call it overpriced (but not vastly overpriced). It would be nice to have a couch in the room so you can sit somewhere besides the bed. For $375, you might expect a porch or back deck with a view, but there is no view whatsoever. It's possible that some cottages face the flat irons, but not sure if those are for rent. The streets are extremely narrow. If you have a small car, bring it. You will likely NOT be able to park in front of your cottage, so you may have a sizable walk to get to your cottage. We had quite a walk, but did not mind. You are really close to trail heads so don't have to get in your car to get to those.

The park is beautiful. The cottage is nice and it was very clean. The kitchenette was fine and it had all the right pans and utensils. It is wonderful to walk two minutes to a major concert and then walk right back.

Checking in was a little clunky/delayed, but that was no big deal.

Breakfast was so delicious, as was our dinner in the restaurant the evening before. The grounds are lovely and beautifully maintained. Our cabin was so sweet, bed was comfy, we loved the porch, and the vintage fridge. We loved it all so much!
