We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe lock was very tight so it made it a challenge to get into the door at first, but the host let us know this would be the case and after the first time I wasn't an issue.
Location was great! We were right by one of the ski slopes and close enough to the main lodge to have breakfast their in the morning, because we didn't want to cook at the condo. The hot tub and privacy was the best! There was one set of condos in front of us but that was it, and it was far enough away to not even notice it. It felt very secluded but at the same time close to everything. I would definitely recommend for any couple or family over staying at the hotel.
