    Everything costumer service is Trash when I want to check in. The person at the front desk had me standing there for 10 minutes before anything was even said to me. The day I was supposed to check in they had no water so you couldn't wash your hands or use the bathroom and you still had to pay full price. Also the floors of the bed rooms are so nasty. The nicest room in that hotel is the front desk.

    The beds are soft.

    The heater only blew out barely Luke warm air, no towels, no internet.

    Only good thing was the bed,it was at least comfortable

    First off I reserved a king room and got a full. Second there were 2 remotes in the room and neither would turn the TV on and the TV had no buttons so I couldn't even turn it on. The shower had no cold water so it was just scalding hot and so I couldn't shower. The air filters in the ac were disgusting. There was also no wifi in my room.. The whole property gave a sketchy vibe and there were sketchy people walking around outside alot. Lastly the walls were paper thin so I could here people talking, yelling, and dogs barking during the duration of my stay.

    It was close to the airport. Subway is a very short walk.

    Rooms are small. Charge a deposit of more then the room rate and I'm still waiting for that back

    The room looked nothing like the pictures they have on the websites

    Its was close to downtown the people running the place were very helpful and respectful

    The deposit was $100.00, which typically I would say no big deal. However, there was nothing in the room worth $100.00.

    The only positive was the private entrances. I'm always a fan of that.

    I paid using Book app,when I showed up, they tell me, the hotel was with out hot water services,I leaved and tried to cancel in person and by the app,finally they changed me for a room I never used just because they issues, so bad I felt like been stored from them.

    Drugs were being sold out of an upstairs room. Front desk person had no idea how to check us in and we had a reservation and she couldn’t find it so we tended getting charged twice for the room on March 27.

    This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and that’s saying a lot because I’ve seen some pretty bad ones. Holes in the wall, the carpet was pulled up in places and stained with what appeared to be blood, there wasn’t a phone, the TV didn’t work, half the lights didn’t work and there were no towels or toilet paper.

    The pictures on the internet were absolutey nothing like what it actually was. They were very bad not clean. No towels or toilet paper in the room. TV did not work. Door was hard to close and not sure if the locks even worked. I did not feel safe. I did get a full refund and went accross the street and got a room in a place that was clean and felt safe to stay in

    Well they were hesitant and it took two tries at everything to accomplish what could have been done and should have been done immediately, they did get it done. In other words he had no key for the room and I provided the key, which worked except they kept programming it to the wrong room, which meant that I wasn't able to open the door but I didn't know how to work the button so I had noticed that she programmed it to a different room. And the TV was on the wall but it had no cable box, and so it took them probably an hour after I checked in to have the room ready for me in other words they brought me towels they installed a cable box into the television they finally got the key to working to where that I could actually come into this room.

    When I was checking in they didn't have keys so they weren't going to allow me to check in. I actually had a key for my other hotel that allowed me to check in. And waking up this morning on the last day of my stay they have charged me twice for this hotel room. They charged me under the name super 8 and they charged me under the name of a no-show through bookings.com. so they double charge me for a room. I walk in and he tells me this is the only room that's clean so I will take this one. The first thing about it was it doesn't look anything like the pictures and he had to hook up the television and got the television working which meant going to a different room to get the box. So he was extremely friendly and helpful and helping me check in. There were food particles in the drawer of the entertainment center. The bed was comfortable but smelled like urine. They are getting ready to remodel in a couple of months which is great. Water pressure is phenomenal the shower was hot the bathroom was clean the towels were clean they had to go get the towels and bring them to me. I wouldn't have mind staying longer except I couldn't get past the urine smell. Usually when the room smells you'll take on the odor of the room as you go about your daily task, because your clothing will absorb the odor also. While I was able to shower first thing in the morning to make sure that that odor wasn't on me, the problem was that it would eventually cause my clothing to smell like that. All the soap in the world and I can be completely clean but if my clothes take on the room odor then everywhere I go I'm going to smell like this urine smell. So I guess when they remodel it will be fixed.

    The conditions of the place were horrible. We were going to leave that same night, but when we went back to the front desk there was no staff present. They had locked the lobby and had a sign that said staff would come back the next morning. They had a number for emergencies we tried to call and got no answer.

    I did not like anything about it. It’s completely different from the photos on here.
