Didn’t know property was on third floor and no elevator. Hauling our luggage was a little hassle.

Location was great! Close to town center so various shopping and dining options with in 5mins.

The blinds in the bedroom had been pulled up so that 3/4 of the window was not covered. We could not get the blinds to come down. It took the property staff 4 days to come out and fix them. I was very disappointed in this.

The kitchen was very nice and had plenty of dishwater and pots. The unit had a washer and dryer! The bed was comfortable. There was a walk in closet!

The bathroom needs maintenance which was reported several times and not resolved. Eg the shower curtain fell off. The aircon is noisy. Need to get rid of heavy sisl carpets as they are difficult to clean without a machine.

Great apartment. Beautifully decorated. Sofa bed works well. Two huge TVs. Decor looked new. WiFi high speed and easy to connect. Coffee machine a good extra. The kitchen was wonderful, everything provided and worked. We actually cooked. In-house laundry was great.

Not enough parking available that was assigned to Tucker, no standard TV stations, top of outdoor table broken, coach uncomfortable (cushions worn out), AC unit loud ( had to turn up the TV anytime it came on) only one switch for light and fan (which was also very loud) in the bathroom. Security gate was never locked. While we were there they power washed the covered parking spaces knocking dirt and trash down on our vehicle. Did you receive notice that this was going to happen? If so why was it not forwarded?

That we were on the 4th floor, pans were stainless and everything stuck to them. Could have a few more towels, wash clothes, dish rags and scrub pad.

The air conditioning was really noisy. The soha in the livingroom was uncomfortable.

There were dead bugs around the windows and also in the shower along the top of the ledge. The dishwasher did not work at any point in the stay which was disappointing. The rug smelled as if the 2nd rug underneath hadn't been vacuumed in some time. And also the noise from the use of the elevator was a bit loud at times.

I loved the lay out of the apartment. It was larger than I thought it would be and then I realized I got a different apartment than what the pictures showed. The appliances were brand new. The cookware was high end and wonderful to use. I loved the privacy of the terrace. The bathroom was very spacious and the jets in the tub were amazing. The softness of the bed was a huge plus. We felt like we were sleeping a huge pillow. And the ease of getting in and out of the apartment was very convenient.

There wasn't enough parking. I had a handicap parking but if I didn't we wouldn't of had a parking space.

It was a beautiful complex. Plenty of room for my daughter and I. The pool was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable The unit was smoked in The instructions said we’d find key fobs. And didn’t. The toilet ran all night The towels smelled Broken pendant lights.

I asked for repair in the room and asked for a notice before visiting but they came without a notice while I was gone and they made a terrible mess in the bathroom. I was very angry and demanded refund amd shorten my stay but they just ignored my message.

smelly smell throughout like a wet damp mold, had to buy air freshener. Was very dusty especially the refrigerator. Has a gnat issue. left a plate for 2 min to use bathroom, came back they were all over it never even saw them, noticed they even get in the fridge. dead ones in the fridge. the smell was aggravating but what could i do. also have to do an additional 3rd party screening which was not mentioned at purchase. cleaning fee too much when place is very dusty.

None of the apartments have the amenities room key, and the elevator never works.

It’s quiet, nothing crazy going on around the neighborhood.

What I didn't like is going to forever stay with me and also cause me to never stay here again. I purposely got this apartment for my 75 and 80-year-old parents while they were visiting for a funeral of a family member. The host new well in advance the age and condition of my parents and at no point in time in communications prior to arriving was the information provided that the elevator was broken and had been broken for months thus leaving my elderly parents to crawl up three flights of stairs everyday as they went into the apartment and then left the apartment and it not been for the intestinal fortitude of my parents maybe they would have just left but in communicating with the host and the property owners they kept being promised that they would get communication back in reference to the elevator being repaired within the week of their stay nothing had happened no information was provided and after a week the elevator still had not been repaired

Love this place close to lots of restaurants and stores, the amenities are wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and my dog loved the little gated patio and the park, good quality, safe and well kept

Property is a three story building and elevator was out of order for more than 15 days. Very inconvenient for guests living on third floor. I had to spend 200$ to hire a person to bring heavier item downstairs.
