Noise on the bottom floor rooms. The person above us either had a child or a dog. Was so loud until 2 am. Next time we will get the upper floor. Ceiling noise was Aweful.

This was our second year in a row staying at Devon Shores. The staff is so friendly, the location is perfect, just a block from the beach, and the room was beautiful. We stayed in a family suite with a full kitchen, and it was so nice! Our room was also right by the pool. Everything about this place was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

This property was in perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Even 34 weeks pregnant everything was easy to get to! The place was super clean and staff was welcoming and helpful!

Location was perfect, beach and local bars literally 3 minutes from our room. Room itself was a little small but perfect for our needs, bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, small private patio area was nice to chill on. Would definitely use this place again.

Maybe more clear parking for beach goers trying to get free parking when guests pay for spots. Again, the manager solved my issue instantly.

I just have to start with the manager upon arrival moving his own vehicle to facilitate mine. There were no spots to be had anywhere at 4 on a Saturday. He definitely deserved the first shout out. Room was clean, it was quiet, pool was awesome and very chill. Good music. Very clean grounds. Welcoming staff. Will stay again!

The main issue we had was noise - the hotel is located near a club with very loud live music, and you hear it till late at night even with windows closed. Apart from that, the ventilation in the bathroom was also very noisy with no option to turn off, unless you turn off the lights.. In terms of the way the room was arranged - it felt a bit like we were sleeping inside the kitchen... Also there's a safe in the room but it is very small.

The hotel itself is nice, a bit like a motel with rooms surrounding two small but nice pools which are open till late hours. The room was nice with enough space, and free parking was available all arourd the hotel. The lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful.

Hopefully acquire a more affordable rate for a longer stay. For one night we felt the rate was rather high. Maybe offer a senior over 60 discount that helps a little or a return guest rate.

Enjoyed the beautiful hotel,perfect location. Easy walk to nice restaurants, shops,and the beach.We hope to return and stay longer next time. Very friendly staff,and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee sitting on the upper deck.Beautiful resort.

We loved how clean and updated the room was. The shower was excellent. We loved the pools. They are clean and beautiful. Location was excellent walking distance to beach and Starbucks for our morning coffee. We will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff are very friendly!

I loved everything about the stay the staff was amazing to me and my wife. They were nice to us and they always ask was everything ok they checked on us all the time. The cleaning lady’s are really nice. And always willing to ask me and my wife for anything that we need it.

From arrival until we had to leave, the staff was friendly, welcoming, checking was quick and easy, accommodations were nicely done, clean. Pool area wonderful and we hope to go back next time we have a chance to vacation in Clearwater Beach.
