Bedside lamp falling apart and management needs to be spending more time inspecting the rooms after cleaning.

Nothing you could address, we had to catch a Lyft to eat dinner. San Jose is too small for a class C van

The housekeeping service was a little spotty this time. They apologized and said they were understaffed so we will give them a pass this time, as everything else was great.

This is our second stay. The hotel is decorated in a very ornate old English style which is fun. Our room was again very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient for visiting family in Los Gatos.

Didn't love the shower head as it didn't have much pressure even with the water turned on fully.

The rooms were charming, comfy and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the unique design of the interior overall. Don't let the exterior fool you, the interior is totally different and transports you to another time and place. Breakfast was also included and provided some hot food choices. Also loved that the TV was big and a Smart TV so it was possible to stream your favorite apps.

The room did have some dirty areas but nothing that I noticed until I had unpacked all my belongings, and nothing on the main utilities that I would be using nornally. There was a stain on the AC that I didnt know where it came from but I didnt touch it and there also was little pieces of plastic by the toilet towards the back, but nothing that actually dampened my stay or mood. It wasnt gross or anything. Everything else was very clean and welcoming.

All was great except for the bed. Need to replace. I felt like I slept between 2 valleys. Kept moving to the middle of the bed for the right comfort. Other than that I rally like this hotel.

The breakfast was awful. Eggs tasted sweet and had a rubbery texture, did not taste like real eggs. And I could not even eat them one morning because there was cheese in them. Everything else had a lot of sugar and/or carbs. Wish there had been a few more options.

Spacious bathroom, beautiful artwork, cleanliness, exceptional staff. Even off a busy road, it was very quiet. Plenty of parking.

When the heater was ran for very long it would make a very loud noise. We had asked for tea bags be sent to the room when we arrived at 3pm and they didn't get delivered until after 8pm

Breakfast was very good, we did have to ask assistant to replentish serveral items but it was quite busy that morning.
