Location is right in the middle of this historic downtown- we could walk everywhere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable; everything is provided.

Parts of the hotel required some upgrading/ attention . Our 1st bedroom had a hole in the ceiling which we were given towels to block up! The bedroom we were allocated were quite small with little room to move around when you have luggage with you. The beds are exceptionally high ( but very comfortable) so you have to have some ability to get up onto them. The wooden corners on the bed base are very sharp indeed and due to limited space you will catch your shins on the corners.( badly bruised shins to prove it😩) we put face towels on the corners for protection. The jacuzzi was not working correctly which was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Great location, nice public lounge seating area for breakfast. The staff were exceptional , nothing was too much trouble. we were allocated a room with a shower on arrival and so disappointed we didn’t have a bath, however the manager provided us with a new room with a bath as soon as one became vacant which was really appreciated.

The AC unit didn't work that great during the heat of the day, making the room a bit hot and stuffy

The bed frame was all the way to the floor and we continually stubbed our toes.

Hotel was like an old fashioned hotel..quaint and very small but kinda fun. Staff was great and took care of any issues immediately. The hptel was right downtown so you could walk anywhere.

The bed is too high off the floor. I am short. I had to have help getting into bed. Since I get up several times a night to go to the bathroom, it was very disturbing.

The toilet wasn't properly cleaned The remote control of the TV was only working half the time Staff never seemed to be there, I got there at 12 and no one was there until around 12:30pm, the lady told me I wasn't able to check in until one, does that mean that in that half an hour someone had the room cleaned? I doubt it. The hot tub as many reviewers months ago have said, still is not working.

The price I paid was reasonable. The fruit basket, scones and coffee in the morning was great

The key complaints came from the age of the hotel, the walls were thin therefore falling from neighbors was well heard, the toilets kept running and the proximity to a dumpster used by the Italian restaurant next door was awful, it was used late in to the night and incredibly loud.

The location is amazing! For sure the allure to the property. The rooms were well kept with thoughtful additions for the guest, as was the common room and breakfast area. The staff was incredibly nice!

was ready for the small room. the base of the king bed really made things difficult- and painful! we not stunned our toes several times, it extended past the mattress and really made the room much smaller.

location was excellent! staff friendly and accommodating. very close to shuttle for skiing, walk to food and drinks.

I stayed in the Heritage Suite, right next to a common area. A group of guys were hanging out in there until after 11pm and were very loud.

The breakfast wasn’t very interesting, so I went out for coffee and pastries/yogurt. But the room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location.

We didn’t understand the coffee/cereal bar. Future guests might want to ask about that.

The Main Street location is convenient to everything. Once we parked the car in hotel lot we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Shopping, restaurant and free bus are right out the front door. Staff were so nice and friendly. Personally I like quirky unique properties and this is just that.

We were very frustrated that the hot tub was out of service. We also think the staff could have done a bit better as there were rooms left open, the utility/laundry area was left open and messy, we needed clean towels but there was nobody at the desk to speak with. For the size of the rooms and the quality of amenities we feel the price was too high.

The rooms were clean and updated nicely. Although small they were comfortable. We also loved that we could walk along the town without hoping in a car or shuttle.

Bed uncomfortable. Blind ripped. View of top of a building depressing. Phone outlet in lamp not working. Had to use extension cord. No where to put my suitcase. Room way too small.

Everything else was great. Staff friendly, rooms and bed comfortable. We loved being walking distance to everything downtown.

The only complaint is that the hot tub looked dirty. Rim just below ledge was very scummy looking. I've worked pools and hot tubs and from level of water up we cleaned and scrubbed daily.
