The only issue we had was the lack of a closet or hangers for our clothes, which was a bit annoying. Everything else was great. The staircase looked a bit old and worn out, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider coming back.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the AC unit worked well, although it was a bit loud. The location was fantastic, right in the center of San Francisco. Free parking was a significant factor in choosing this hotel; while the parking area was busy, we always managed to find a spot.

The wi-fi internet connection is very poor. The walls are very thin and you can hear the people staying in other rooms.

Location is very good. Close to the marine and activities around. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. Also, there is a garage and microwave in the room.

The bathroom is a bit small and lacks hooks for towels. You Can hear ALL sounds from the rooms above you and outside. The parking garage is very narrow, tight and steep, so if you have a large car, I wouldn’t park here.

A bit noisy fridge and traffic from the street (warning for those who are sensitive for this: take earplugs).

Being a city centre property, we expected some traffic noise, which we got. The noise from the room above was also quite loud and travelled down into our room. We did have Earplugs which reduced the noise, but didn't stop it completely.

Excellent value for money in a great location. We were travelling as a family and felt very safe. The room & bathroom had been recently refurbished to a good standard. It even had plenty of USB points which is great when travelling from overseas. The only thing I'd say is missing is hooks in the bathroom.

Being on first floor with wheelchair was difficult because of step to get in room. Cleaning trolleys were always in the way in the morning when we were trying to get out with the wheelchair. Internet was dreadful and no laundry

From outside the hotel looks old and also the aviator. But the positive surprise was the renovated room.

Stairwells and communal areas could be tidier and cleaner. There is a lot of noise from the nearby main road, with only a couple of hours of quiet through the night.

Rooms are recently refurbished and look good at first glance, but look a little beneath the surface and it's not the best workmanship. Beds are comfortable, with blinds effectively keep light out at night.

In this type of hotels it is not possible to get fresh air into the room beacuse window was not possible to open, and doors couldnt be open either because there were people outside going back and forth. So if your are hot or cold only possibility is to turn on aircodition, even though it would be enough to open a window a little bit.

We have been there several times and sometimes it wasn't very clean. The fridge is small.

The location is wonderful. The motel is located on the road but traffic was not heard at all. There is an elevator and big comfortable parking. Actually there are 2 parkings. The room has coffee maker, 2 chairs, TV set, modern renovation, comfortable beds.

If I was picking, the room was a little light based on the shutters and the air con unit was quite loud but being so tired after siteseeing we got to sleep without fuss.

Location was wonderful. Very accessible to many buses and a short walk from places to eat etc Very easy to get around and felt safe where the place was located. The manager/ owner (Ricky) was so lovely and super helpful. Room was spacious, very clean and towels changed everyday.
