There was no light in Parkin lot and felt like it was hard to navigate to at night. My 7 yr old son and I didn’t stay more than 5 min because there was a large human blood stain in Carpeting that looked and was placed in the shape of an assualt which may have happened prior to us renting room and I didn’t feel like I could ask for my money back cause places ALWAYS deny accountability for things like that. So I lost basically just got charged for room but didn’t stay or ever touch a single thing in room

Windows were dirty, rooms smell like they haven’t been rented in a while, no cable so no tv, saw trash in the elevator there was lots of people that love there. They try to open my pick up my app sent me the alarm trigger alert.

I booked this because it was a Raddison and a good location, close to my friends I was visiting. This was not the quality of the other Raddison Hotels where I have stayed.

It was a good location the hotel was beautiful and the staff was so amazing they tried to help you with whatever they could also love the noon check out also they don't have staff at your door at 11:59 telling you it check out time love that yes I would come back again even with all the bad things the staff was amazing to me never no problem with checking in and they don't do all that deposit staff sum ppl who is homeless all they got is the money for the room if it wasn't for this hotel me and my kids would have been sleeping outside

It was not any breakfast also their cable was out so their was no TV to watch at all not even basic TV the lamps in the rooms was not working the toilet was over flowing every time u flush The toilet water comes up from the bottom of the toilet the room was not cleaned good at all was finding trash under the bed trash behind the TV old food in the microwave yeah it was pretty bad but the staff was wonderful and tried to help me as much as they could

Very unkempt. Grass growing from the hotel sign to parking lot. Even between concrete. Construction? Maybe but peeling paint in elevator. Some floors inhabitable. We had to sign consent that no TV working. My room was up on the 11th floor with only one bedside lamp working. Really bad. Not recommending at this time.

To begin with there was no cable TV that we were told about as soon as we got there then we got up to our room and the beds were terribly made with wrinkles underneath the top sheet there was blood stains on the top sheet there were dog food on the floor the carpet had not been shampooed and there was a suppository in the trash can we had asked that to be moved to another room that you were going to refuse us until they came up and looked at the room three Associates from the hotel actually had to come up and look at it before they would consider giving us a different room then after they did decide to give us a different room they gave us a room on 8th floor that room hadn't been cleaned either so then they put us in a penthouse up on the 11th floor and it was far from a penthouse and there was only one full size towel one hand towel and one washcloth for two guys after trying to make it work we decided that I wanted to get up and out of there since I was the one paying for the room that this wasn't working for us we had asked for our money back they told us we had to go through a manager the next day I have yet to talk to him but I will be doing that. They said it was a room that was fairly new when we got into it it wasn't and it was missing lamps and light bulbs and the sun was beaming in the room so we shut the blinds and turn on the air conditioner which did not work. Walking throughout the hotel it was so hot in there that the air was actually stifling the elevators were so dirty inside I was afraid to push any of the buttons they had a couple baits of garbage in the elevators from some of the rooms up upstairs and apparently whatever was in them bags had been leaking and was on the floor in the elevator and it stunk so bad I about gagged. So my conclusion is definitely stay away from this hotel..

Roaches. TVs were down throughout the whole hotel .. switched rooms because the ac wouldn’t turn off and was blasting cold air .. new room same thing w/hot air .. wouldn’t stay here again !

Didn’t smell too bad , compared to other hotels in the area. And the staff was helpful I don’t blame them for the hotel not being 5 stars , not their fault.

Had to let hot water run for 5 minutes before it gets hot then the TV Didn't work in our room and we was told the T v's didn't work in any room in the building also we didn't have facetowel ort blankets on my bed

There is only one male guy who is very disrespectful and rude. He doesn't need to get all the attitude out in front of the customer. To have more customers to stay there more often he needs to know how to treat his customers right not with the attitude of his.

Half of the lights didnt work. Mattress kept sliding. No cups for coffee. No fridge. Ice container, but no ice maker. No toilet paper. Dirty floor and bathroom Curtains hardly worked. Ac was weak.

On the website it says a $50 deposit. I was charger $85 per night. at check out I was charger $326.96 when quoted for two nights $164.98 Pool is closed and restaurant is closed. People shooting fireworks out their room over my car in parking lot. Spots all over my car from the fireworks. Stains all over carpets in each room.

I didn't stay at the hotel because upon arrival there were signs stating that the wi-fi wasn't working, the cable television wasn't working. The place smelled funky and the guy at the reception desk was anything but courteous.

Everything about it is wrong from the water on the shower not getting hot to the heat not working properly to the sheets having stains in them an man I went to go get some towels an the towels had stains in them like what type of hotel is this an I paid to much not to mention the TVs don’t work or they don’t have Wi-Fi, never again
