The loft mattress was very uncomfortable, and getting there was a TASK!

Back door is not substantial enough. Did not feel safe. Only one kitchen towel provided. Dead batteries in LR remote. No batteries found on premises. Two TVs upstairs, but only one remote.

Beautiful area. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Maintenance responded very quickly to any problems.

It needed a little more effort in the cleaning area, on higher places, could see the dust. Other than than, everything looked fine.

The place is gorgeous. It has everything you need for a family stay. Cozy, the kids loved it

Says it sleeps 6 but 1 bed is the pullout sofa and it needs to be replaced.

Good location - less than a 1/4 mile to Ober Park Mountain. Space is well kept. Needs a little updating but had several amenities, such as a wood burning fireplace, a small outside area with a charcoal grill, stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc

Parking was hard but we drive a large vehicle so that’s normal.

The location was amazing! Loved waking up and the views were the side of the mountain.

Was very displeased after being charged over 450 dollars. We arrived shortly before 10 pm. On arrival we noticed the door looked as if it had been kicked in. Door locks are difficult to lock if they will. After about 1 hr or so we started seeing cockroaches. We contacted the property and they were very good about responding. After a day of trying to wait out contacts and next step we were contacted by the property manager. We left the rental at day break the following morning after staying up all night to make sure our kids didn't get any bugs on or around them. We were told we'd receive a refund they refunded less than a quarter of what we paid for approximately 9 hrs on the property. Very disappointed. Considering we had to go find other arrangements for the remainder of our stay which we also had to pay for. So basically we rented this property for 3 nights 4 days and got ripped off. We basically paid for this company to bomb and fix the issues with the rental. Wouldn't advise going. Thank goodness we didn't carry anything out with us. Very disappointed with overall dealings with Vacasa. Not what pictures look like at all.

Explained above. Over all not real happy with this rental. In prickly bear way too many steps. Every room you were stepping up or down to the room entering or leaving. Even in loft bedroom a step up to closet. No help with fire place where to get wood what to do with ash. So again we didn’t use it.

Wasn’t what we were really expecting. It was clean and spacious. Had we been told before we weren’t able to get refund we most likely wouldn’t have stayed there. The parking was an issue and weren’t told until received email week before trip. Talking with deliahla at customer service about parking was not good experience. Being told 1 parking and most larger vehicles won’t fit and first come first serve 2 overflow parking or would have to use a further away then acceptable overflow lot was not in rental description got that in an e-mail week out from trip and the other couple almost cancellled because they only have large truck. We made it work but our car didn’t move til time to leave so we were stuck doing 1 vehicle the whole time. I feel that ALL things need to be addressed in listing and email info with time to cancel without loosing money. Parking, the fact the other facilities only open memorial day through Labor Day.

the property is at great location if you plan to go ski. the kitchen is fully equipment so you don’t need to take anything with you.

Unit 1 has door pin issues. The pin sent did not work. Had to wait 30 minutes on the phone for help to use a regular key that was in a lock box next to the door.
