There was no breakfast, the shuttle didn’t run due to snow, the room was freezing and even with the blower set to high it still didn’t suffice. The mattress was freezing, the tub was stained and we were worried every time we flushed the toilet that it would overflow. The floor was freezing.

The location was close to the airport.

The first room we received smelled VERY STRONGLY of some kind of air freshener, similar to how high school boys will spray an excessive amount of Axe body spray into/around a room -- and it perhaps was there to cover up smoke (a couple of us thought it was also smelled smoky, but there's so much freshener it was hard to tell. They didn't think we would be able to get an alternative room, but we did. None of the rooms were close to each other (but we did book late, and booking.com somehow listed my first name differently on both rooms booked, AND there was some kind of big event happening that weekend, jacking up prices at most normal hotels to >$500). When turning on the bathroom faucet, half the water leaked out the handle and onto the counter (at least it still ended up in the basin). We also did kill some big and round 1cm size bug -- it was the only bug we saw. When checking our bed for bed bugs, were were pleasantly surprised the the mattress had a zipped protector on it, so we did not look at the mattress itself, but were confident there were none. You can hear very well through the double-door connecting to the adjacent room, and a lady next door coughed all night. Probably had something to do with both doors having a gap at the bottom, which also let light from the other room come in on the floor. The motel itself feels sketchy and unsafe, so we did not go out or between rooms alone. Unavoidable, but important to note: you are very close to the airport, so there are very loud airplane noises about 1-2 times an hour in the evening and morning. You get used to it enough by the time you need to go to sleep, if it also continues overnight.

Close proximity to the airport was convenient for us. Clean bathroom, but the room could be better. Had a working mini-fridge. Also had a microwave and TV, but we didn't try them.

The first room they tried to give us (103) had bugs everywhere and the blankets looked like they was in the Chinese war and there was burn holes everywhere and everything was dirty. In the second room I stayed in(228) there was no towels, no toilet paper , nothing, it was cleaner then the first but still not clean. We waited an hour for toilet paper and towels.

The beds/pillows were hard, lights in the room were harsh on the eyes, and the bathroom/floors/tables/toilet was dirty.

It was dirty, we asked for a no smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes smoke. Cigarette butts on ffloor. Moldy shower curtain & no working outlets, needed for medical machine.

The room was so nasty. I went to take a shower and let me just say if you stay here don’t shower because their showers are so nasty. Idk what the cleaners do but they don’t clean the room, and if you don’t like the smell of cigarettes then this is NOT the place for you. As soon as me and my boyfriend walked in the smell of cigarette smoke hits you instantly. The floors were not swept. The bed is harder than a rock. Just staying in the room I was worried I would get something I couldn’t wash off. Me and my boyfriend could not sleep in that room because the feeling being in there is very unsettling so finally about 11:30pm we got our stuff together and left. I understand wanting to do something cheap but I wouldn’t be this upset if the shower was at least clean. I had to clean the shower myself as well as clean the toilet🤢.. and let’s not forget the stains on the sheets because after seeing the inside I was for sure checking for bed bugs. I promise I will make sure to read ALL reviews before staying anywhere again. Plenty of reviews show this place isn’t good but last minute I got in too big of a hurry will never do it again.

Well, I got in my room. There was nowhere to hang my clothes. It was so nasty. I had cockroaches crawling on my towels on the floor. I had some kind of stains all over my sheets. I took pictures of everything. And I am going to show them to my attorney if I have to. This is Uncalled for. I will never stay at the budget for the Royal End, or any of those facilities again until they do some renovation.

I did like the location. That’s why I booked with them.

TV didn't even come on..Room was filthy Curtains were half hung over windows. Never ever will I stay there again Sign in front of building says American Inn or something like that not Budget Inn.

The bed bugs. Stains on the sheets and comforter. I ended up going to walmart to get a new comforter and sheets for the night. Only cold water at night and couldn't shower. I get it's called budget inn but good lord It wouldn't even be worth $50 a night.
