How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There isn't anything I didn't like. I just wished that I stayed for more than one night. Thumbs up for everyone and everything involving this hotel!!
This hotel is great for the price, location (safe and a short brisk walk to Disneyland), and comfort. The service was pleasant and the rooms are nice with clean and cozy beds as well as lavatory. If you're looking for something really nice and affordable you have to book here!!

Front lobby doesn't exist. We had to get our keys from the neighboring hotel. Great if you're an introvert and want as little communication as possible. Kinda bad if you're extroverted because you feel invisible. On the other hand the cleaning staff was incredibly pleasant. If you're downstairs you will hear the upstairs neighbor.
It provided everything I needed. TV, mini fridge, microwave, restroom and shower. If you like the Disneyland fireworks show they go off so close to the Inn that you can watch it from the parking lot. It is super loud so if you have kids with sensitive ears be aware. I have never had an location where there are so many switches to control the lights. This allows you to focus the lighting where you want or need it.

Had to check in at Day’s Inn next door.
Clean and quiet. About a held hour walk to Disneyland. Desk clerk very helpful.

The only thing was that our fridge kept freezing everything even after lowering temp. Either we couldn’t figure it out or maybe that fridge wasn’t working well.
Location was great, near a lot of things and loved that it was next to freeway. Staff was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating.

They didn’t have a coffee, Baker or a trashcan in the room
The size of the room was perfect for me and my family. The bathroom was huge. They even had a closet for your luggage.

Drinking water is not available since water is life, it must be provided by every hotel, also welcome breakfast must be available...one of the staff's behaviour is not good...getting sound from washroom exhaust

I was basically satisfied with the facilities. However, it would have been better if tissues and electric kettle were provided. It wasn't a problem as I had prepared in advance, but I would have appreciated it if you could let me know in advance that shampoo, body wash, etc that would not be provided.
The room was larger than expected and felt clean. From Anaheim Station, you can arrive quickly by choosing Uber. Downtown Disney was also easy to access as it was about a 20 minute walk.

There was an odd smell in the room, thankfully I could open door and window to let fresh air in.
The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Check in was quick and I was given a quiet room at the very end of the hotel without even asking for a quiet room. The room had everything I needed.

The carpet needed replacing.
The room was basic with a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The room was dated and slight odor of old carpet. You are within walking distance to Disney, about 15 minutes.

The room was adequate. No shower curtain. Everything met the bare minimum needs for us. It was more than I wanted to spend, but it was also a holiday weekend.
Good location. Right next to the parking structure. When we were ready to go to Disney in the morning it was just 2 quick turns.

Fan in the bathroom was very loud, no coffee but really no complaints, oh except dog barking a lot on a different property
I wasn’t prepared for the freeway noise but I think it was because of hgwy 10 fire. Spacious.

The only main complaint was the shower. There was residue from soap still in the shower from previous use. There was also hair on the shower curtain from previous use.
The main room was clean. There was plenty of room, it didn’t feel cramped in there. The outside appearance of the hotel was nice, and clean.
