It's a bare minimum place to stay and with that being the case it really shouldn't be charging the same as other places that offer breakfast and such.

The facility advertised they were pet friendly ,but they made it almost impossible to keep a pet there. They really shouldn't advertise pet friendly because they aren't!

AC unit was off and the room was hot but cooled reasonably quickly. The facility was in a remodel and looks like it will be a major improvement when completed.

Good value for a place to sleep and shower. Courteous staff.

The bedspread was stained and the towels were as well. Honestly the price is a little high for the quality ($250+) since the room definitely had an odor, but you get what you pay for if you want a cheap-ish stay. My one real concern is the fact that there was not more than one lock on the door. The only lock for the room is the automatic door lock. For that reason I used the fridge provided in the room to block my door at night and prevent easy entry.

I liked that I was able to stay in a room close the entrance and exit. I enjoyed the amenities (the microwave and fridge were in good condition and clean). I liked the proximity to my work location as I was 1 minute up the road. I like the proximity to grocery stores and gas stations. This place is by no means a bad place to stay. The property is clean and taken care of to the best of the abilities of management, but it's old and you have to know that you are getting what you pay for.

well is the place in need of a new paint job yes, But the town needs one as well. I have to say they are trying to make it nice. but the bathroom still needs help tub drains slow and I did fall so do pick up a bath matt from Walmart or Dollar Tree. But then again it is not everything is not going to make Home and Gardens, But they try hard so I still give it an A

I did like I was saved a non smoking room. wow the A/C works great in room 119. Parking is great and the Ice machine all the ice you want you get it. got to love that.

Housekeeping knocked at 7:30 and I needed to do some work so glad she was eager to clean, but another person was right there at check out and comfortably asked me to leave at 5e actual check out time.

There was a convention and I needed a place late from the entertainment locally so even though I traveled one long road I was very well taken care of, and slept amazing. It’s a family business and there were plenty of aid in getting codes for WiFi or whatever I needed.

Communication, rudeness

By error I only registered 1 night. Manager banged on door demanding we leave in 10 minutes. Called police, very rude. I'm 100% disabled veteran. Can't move too fast. Also accused of doing drugs. Will never use your system again.

Well on the the 1st night I find roaches in my room & staff tell me this is common on outdoor units.

The dirty towels and dirty bed. Towels remained dirty despite being changed several times. There's a big window next to the bed that the drapes don't fully cover. Check in closes at midnight.

Located near everything in town. They gave me 2 tables in my room.

Offered Wi-Fi but the password wasn’t posted in room anywhere. The bath towel had some stains on them and the bathtub didn’t have a stopper if you had small children to bath

Didn’t offer breakfast but had a microwave refrigerator and was a lot of place to eat at around the motel: There is a McDonald’s, Braum’s, a little cafe that opens at 6am and a lot more.

We waited for an hour for someone to come to the desk to check us in, called numerous times no one answered even went to the open laundry door and could find no one. Had to find last min accommodations and pay $75 more for the room
