The property takes a security deposit which remains blocked on the card and is only released after up to 5 business days. No proof of deposit release is given when checking out so you have to leave knowing they can take an additional amount off your card when you are already long gone. This seems standard practise but is still gives quite an unpleasant feeling. No restaurant or bar in the hotel but these are available in their sister hotel next door but we didn't go there. The only dining option available in the hotel is a takaway only pizza place. There is a very nice Indian restaurant across the road.

Very clean and big room. Complementary transportation to and from the amusement parks (Disney etc). I highly encourage everyone to take advantage of this bus service since parking your own car at Disney is very expensive.

The old table & chairs in the living room area. They either need to upgrade those or just take them out of the rooms.

This hotel location sits in the middle of everything. Don’t have to drive far for anything.

Wish they had a "full service Restaurant" to serve at least Dinner, like breakfast. Not many restaurants around for a dinner out. Just one or two across the street and highly risky to walk and cross over due to heavy traffic.

Plenty of free parking! That was great. Front Desk Staff was very gracious and helpful. Overall the stay was a pleasant experience. Will choose again for my next conference in June.

Breakfast was monotonous and quiet poor. Every day, there was an omelet (most likely powdered), potatoes, and cutlets (their naturalness is also questionable).

Family room is large and comfortable, location is good only 10 minutes from Disney parks and 20 minutes from Orlando Airport. The Pizza shop inside the hotel was a great option for dining after a exhausting day at Disney parks

Immaculate. The cleanest hotel and buffet breakfast I’ve ever stayed at The grounds and pool area made me feel that I was in Hawaii. The front desk made me feel like a guest in their home every time. I would highly recommend The Buena Vista Suites to every person I know. Thanks sooo much for making my vacation memorable.

The breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. The potatoes were very spicy so I just had eggs. The Caribe next door had the loudest party I’ve ever heard and no one wanted to stop it. They kept saying it was a private party. It took too many phone calls to quiet it down. The placement of the door separating the rooms blocks the air flow from the ac register making the room stuffy.

Parking was easy and there was plenty. It was nicely decorated and spacious. There were plenty of areas to sit. It had a small grocery shop but it could use more variety. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
