It was very noisy. Kids just running around all types of hours of the night banging on doors, screaming, just being crazy. Neighbors were banging on their walls and talking loud. Bath towels had hair on them so did my bed. Room couldve been cleaned better

Check in staff was very nice,the ac worked very well.

I had to reclean the room, the floor was not mopped properly. The towel I used to mop the floor was my towel it was white before I I cleaned the floor, it was black afterwards.I killed two roaches, washed all the walls and bathtub in the room. The bed was hard as a rock. The covers were paper thin. People fighting in the parking lot so all hours of the night.

Had people knocking on my door until around midnight. They said they were looking for Stephanie. Ladies of the night probably hoping a man would answer is my assumption. But it was quiet afterwards. Also didn't get into my room until around 6pm. Housekeeping short of help. But she did a great job cleaning room 👏

Location and neatness of grounds. Everything I needed was within couple miles. Also variety of gas stations within minutes.

The door didn't lock. The bathroom door was broken. There was writing on wall and the receptacles wouldn't hold the plug inside it we left a day early and they refused to refund that day..

I didn’t like the fact when I showed up to check in I waited at the window for five minutes. Plus I called and this lady picked up I told her I was there to check in and she said very rudely I’m in the bathroom and hung up on me. So I went back to the car to wait. About 3 minutes later I see moving around in the office so I go back inside and wait at the window. She was sitting at the desk looking at me. After 2 minutes she gets up and comes to the window didn’t say a word just stared at me. I then said my name and I had a reservation. She turned to the computer looks up my name and then goes to the desk grab a piece of paper looks at it and types something in the computer then turns to me and said your card was declined o told her because it’s locked and I’m paying in cash. She smacks her teeth and exhaled hard then goes back to doing something in the computer. I then slide my money and Id through the slot and waited she then says it will be $61.46 she grabs my money. Handed me some to sign and gave me my key. I asked do you mind if you walk with me to check the room out before I get it she said we don’t do that here. So I’m in the room for about 3 hours then get a phone saying I need to come and pay for the room before check out time. I was confused because I had already paid I said ma’am I already paid in cash and she said that my employee said that you refused to pay the $20 deposit for the non smoking room. She said you said you wasn’t paying that and walked off. I got upset packed up my stuff and went to the office. I talk to the manager I think and she said the same thing she said to me on the phone so I stopped her from further lying on me . I said I don’t like being lied on and your employee lied and said that I refused to pay a $20 fee she never told me about and I will not be back here. I’m ready to check out she was like no no I’m so sorry I should’ve checked the video before I even called you.

The only thing I like was the location and the lady at the desk when I checked out she was sweet and kind the first time I went made me want to go back even if it looked dangerous to be there.

The room was not clean. Burn holes in the sheets, room smelled like smoke, bugs , there was a broken CRACKPIPE on my floor. They couldn’t give me another room and refused to refund me. I was there less then an hour and found a different hotel to go to.

Hotel was run down, trash all around outside, dirty and worn down front door, cigarette burns on bed spread , curtains and tub - even though I was charged an extra $20 cash at check in for a non- smoking room.

Don't stay here. Trashy property, run down, rooms smelled. We were approched in the parking lot out side our rooms by a fella living in one of the hotels rooms. Asking us if we couldspare cash and if we had drugs. We're guessing he was a long term intinerrant person living here of which three were many.

Broken bed, flat pillows, no blanket just a cotton spread. The curtains were thread bare, windows were dirty. The bathroom was old and there was a black ring inside the toilet bowl. The TV and WiFi had terrible reception. No fridge, microwave, or phone. Floor was sticky. They had an unexpected $20 cash deposit for a non-smoking room...not listed in their on-line policy. When checking out the clerk told me I was rude to her.

I like the fact they read the review especially the manager of knights inn I love her she read my first review and always had me since I been coming I love her she’s a sweet lady boy I gotta tell u and wait I’m from Philadelphia I’m new to the area hood hotel gotta go check it out literally one of the best motels I ever been too they make sure that u ok and they don’t look down on u and miss kellie is another employee I love her too she’s always good to me as well they good people I’ll keep giving my money to the no problem everytime no matter the price

The room was absolutely filthy. The furniture had damage spots, all of the sheets had stains and burn holes. There was mold in the shower. The room I was in was supposed to be a non smoking room but it seemed like there were plenty of people that had smoked in there prior. Oh and there was a lovely surprise that potentially seemed to be a small bit of feces on the outside ot the bathroom door.

The only positive thing was Kellie was pleasant to deal with when checking in. Other than that I would not recommend anyone to stay here. And I wouldn't even list this property based on how awful it looked both inside and outside.

The room was roach infested and dirty. It reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed sheets and covers where ripped and burned up . Pp where loud just hanging in the parking lot . Looked more like project house than any hotel or motel I ever scene . I was told house keeping was coming clean the dead roaches up and nobody ever came

The beds were very uncomfortable, the Air Conditioner made a lot of noise. The Tv wouldn’t connect to the fire stick. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.
