We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The front desk staff were amazing. They made sure we had all the extras that we requested upon arrival.. Bed was comfortable price was right. Location was close to my son's college.

United StatesEggs and potatoes could have been much warmer for breakfast. The attendant on duty, however, was very kind and efficient. Also the pool room seemed much too warm.
There was a tornado warning around 1:00 and I was concerned for the safety of my granddaughters who were visiting us. The desk clerk on duty calmly made sure that everyone who desired was ushered to the safest part of the hotel through the duration of the warning. He was very professional and kind.

United StatesThe elevator. I got stuck. Nothing worked, emergency buttons, nothing. It was a very harrowing experience. The comp breakfast was good when it first opened up. About 45 minutes later, I went down with my husband, and the area was in a disarray. It didn't appear to have anyone monitoring the area. Several of the food warmers were empty. Cups and utensils were not available. The area had wasted food, juice, and coffee on the cabinets. Tables were not clean, which caused the food area to look unsanitary. It should be monitored all all times. You can not depend on the guests to clean up after themselves. Also, for your food area, you need one person manning it. I saw the maintenance guys trying to help with refills, cleaning, etc. I just can't imagine that the health department would find that sanitary. The front desk needs some kind of button or bell for people to ring. Several times, I went down, and there was no one there. After waiting a few minutes, I would say hello, anyone here. My room was partially clean. When I walked in, the beds were made nicely. The beds looked comfy and inviting. When I went Into the bathroom, it appeared to be clean but the disgusting thing was when you were utilizing the toilet, you looked at the baseboards and they appeared to either have mold, or just dirt caked up. Either way, it's something that's fixable and definitely needs taking care of . If the maids can't clean it, then get your handyman to take care of it. It was disgusting. ROOM 213 Even with all this, the employees were extra nice. When I reported that the food area needed attention, they came to take care of it. The only problem is that it was anyone who was available.

United StatesSad to see the quantity and quality of the morning buffet options so diminished. Hoped that since the re-opening after COVID-19 that the Buffet would be back to previous quality. Or is it because of the name change? The cleaning staff just walked in to the room without knocking. My daughter was not dressed! Yet the staff member just stood n stared and wanted to know if if she could leave towels. They had knocked earlier and were told that we weren’t ready to have the room cleaned yet, It was prior to 8:00 am. They should have better training and manners. I will probably be rethinking my Hotel options for my next visit to Coffeyville Kansas.
