You can hear from the room other guests talking and noise from outside, but it didn't bother us.

While marked correctly, the hot water tap on the sink was backwards. Hot on right. The fridge is a little noisy.

The place was great. 2nd time staying here. Will stay again. We arrived a little early. The office was locked but they were there within 10 minutes with a phone call. Each room is completely separate with separate entrance. The directions re fans and shower hot water are clear and accurate. Maid service is available and at request. No one in your room unless you ask. Ground floor and most within a few feet of your parking space. Convenient moving bags and star gazing equipment. Easy to use room temperature control. Clean and quiet. Nice mattress. We stayed 3 nights. Roadwork near Bryce made the drive a few minutes longer.

I am not sure the air conditioner was working properly. We tried to turn it on but it didn't really work. We were a bit hot in the unit. We checked out the ceiling fan and seeing that it had accumulated a bit of dust we didn't want to use it. In the end, we opened the windows for some cool air in the night. Also, it would be great if the manager was a bit more friendly (the voice).

The room had all the basic things we needed. Ice wasn't available inside the unit, but we could find an ice machine outside.

My husband and I both had cold showers. There was a sign that said that they use a tankless hot water heater so we shouldn’t have run out of hot water. That was either a lying sign or they need to fix it.

All restaurants in town super busy during summer! But this isn’t The Steppingstone's fault, just a heads up. Only one key given to room. Had to be very vigilant I didn’t lose it as the office is no longer open or staffed.

Sweet older motel. Clean and comfortable. No complaints. Self check-in though. No staff around. Office closed so be prepared, but room was ready when I arrived at 1:30p. Even though it is on the main hwy through town it’s still quiet.

The room is a bit out dated and small although some improvements were recently done.

Breakfast was not include other then a few items in the room which was fine with me. The car traffic was not noticeable even though our room was close to the road and faced the road. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate. The location was great in terms of visiting Bryce Canyon and the price was fair, reflecting the small space.

1. the mattress is a foam mattress and has no support for the back. it was too soft. 2. Pillows are too soft as well. I ended up putting a hoodie as it had more volume and support 3. The fridge was loud. We had food in it, so we couldn't turn it off. 4. The A/C is directed to the bed. We tried using it, but then it caused a sore throat within 30 minutes.
