Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was really nice to have a table in our room and the refillable water bottles & water station! I loved the art gallery.

Loved the restaurant on site and their comfort with having you take a drink or bite to your room (I did not use their room service, but folks were definitely enjoying that). The location was perfect for downtown, which was a treat on a Farmer's Market Saturday. Staff excellent.

United StatesThe location is really pretty ideal - right in the downtown area and close to the the five and dime museum and the Crystal Bridges Museum, which is connected by a very nice nature walk. Bentonville has turned into a neat little town. I arrived a bit after Christmas and got to see the town's decorations/lights at night - GOOD JOB! Bravo.
