Driveway should loop around. Getting luggage in and out was difficult with the steep drive and no flat place to park. No bear proof trash can. Would have loved to have a hot tub.

The cabin was beautiful. Very cozy. Everything you need for a stay was there. Kitchen well supplied.

We like that it’s in the woods, so we expected bugs to be around, but after the first night we noted a couple of cockroaches, I think the cabin may need to be treated.

The cabin was nicely outfitted, cute and welcoming and they accommodated us with a very late reservation (after 8 pm for a same night reservation)

Difficult to find after dark. If I hadn't had a flashlight we would never would have found the house number at the end of the drive

Cracked cups and dinnerware. Not kept up in general. Grill was left dirty. Fireplace not operating properly.

The Cabin was PERFECT. BEAUTIFUL. Hated having to leave :)

Coffee pot needs replaced. Over hour to get coffee. Lol. They key situation was complicated. Had to get on phone twice to be able to get in. First operator gave wrong code. Had to call back there is a certain way , wait til.... before entering code. Never could access the key. But it was still worthwhile.

Location, all amenties of being at home, spacious, super comfortable bed, atmosphere of cabin was like being at your best friend's house.

Can't answer in two sentences. It was missing amenities mentioned on the website and other amenties did not work. Vacasa provided very little help.

It wasn't very clean. The master bathroom floor needed mopped and there was no soap in the liquid soap dispenser. The chair in the living room has major debris in the sides and needed vacuumed. There were no network channels on the TV and the ROKU was impossible to use. 4 different remotes and only 1 did anything. The upstairs bathroom toilet and shower were horrible. If we had invited friends, I would have been embarrassed. No dishwasher detergent. No propane for the gas grill and we bought stuff to cook on it. The pots and pans were barely usable to make a decent meal.

We liked the overall layout of the cabin. We liked the pool table. We liked that it was in the woods and it was quiet. We liked the keyless entry system. The king bed was nice and comfortable. Both the master bedroom and bathroom were a nice size.

The location is great on a golf course property and a lot of local places to eat, especially grwat if you want to support local and not chain stores.

The house was not well-kept with holes in the furniture and walls, furniture that was falling apart and many areas that needed to be deep cleaned. The kitchen items supplied were also in need of replacement and some were not usable. The grill looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. Clogged sinks in the bathroom and shower surrounds that were stained with dirt made the living conditions very uncomfortable.

The home was roomy and suitable for a small family. We liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood.

All the fees (cleaning and other) on top of the rental were excessive.

The cabin was perfect for our short getaway. We loved the fact all light and fan switches were labeled and I must say this is the first time I've seen this - so helpful. Everyone was extremely helpful to answer questions we had. Driving over to Cades Cove for an outing was a short drive.

We were up there for a motorcycle rally and the driveway was very steep and gravel. Not safe for motorcycles

Only that I couldn't stay longer . Maybe if the patio had a screen in porch be awesome to be sitting outside not worrying about mosquitoes. But being there for short visit we didn't get to enjoy sitting outside But one day soon I sure hope to be back for. a longer stay and looking forward in staying there again.

I love it being in Townsend. I love that it is close to Cade's Cove and the restaurant there, I love that the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a great cabin to stay in. I hope to be back for a visit in the Townsend soon and I would love to stay in this cabin again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful cabin near town, Cade's Cove and restaurants and groceries store. Oh and thanks for being easy to be reach with any questions I had. We had great service from the booking and getting all the information needed for our arrival as well. I will book again soon I hope. God Bless you all and have a great and Blessed day.

Inside was very clean but the balcony needed sweeping to get the dropping off the deck and outside furniture needed wiped down . I know the cabin is in nature but the dropping had been there for a while. For people who are going to cook and eat at the cabin you may want to put in the instructions where the dumpster is because the garbage can on the deck is in the open and no bear proof structure, I saw the sign where the dumpster was on the second day on a street sign.

Inside the cabin very clean and well stocked very good WiFi close to several restaurants inTownsend good instructions on where the cabin was located and how to get in. Good quite getaway and close entrance to the National Park
