No hairdryer in cabin, bathroom could have additional shelf space for toiletries

Everything was new so not much to not like :) and the proximity to Yellowstone was perfect! Loved the spacious living space and beds were super comfortable, a real necessity after long travel or full day of sightseeing. We stayed 2 nights, wish it was longer. Not too many places to dine nearby but we had dinner at Pond’s Lodge, about 10-15 min away, and it was fabulous. Huge portions and delicious! Front office serves coffee and sells bags of ice for $2 - very convenient. Also we didn’t mind parking in the lot and having to carry our stuff to our cabin which was at the end but even still, that was not far at all.

The price was a little high in consideration of little amenities.

The location was very convenient to family staying at Mack's Inn property. It is located on the highway and has a lot of traffic at times. The facility is brand new and nice but services have to be specifically requested.

They are still working on getting their amenities started such as laundry room. Each cabin should have a coffee maker. It’d be nice to have a place for breakfast open every day as the restaurant near by closes Mondays and Tuesdays and everything close to it closes early.

The restaurant on the property is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We didn't know this ahead of time and it threw off our plans for the day. Also no coffee pot in the cabin, and because of the ongoing renovations of the grounds, couldn't park in front of my cabin. Didn't know that in advance, either.

It smelled lovely, was very clean, staff were super friendly. The renovations are updating and maintaining the place. No objections to that, just would have been nice to know the parking situation ahead of time. Very spacious cabin, with a sofa and a couple of stools. Nice soft rugs, linens in good shape. TV had Roku.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was not a coffee maker in the cabin and the office didn't open with coffee until after we wanted to leave in the morning.

I didn't like how the parking area was not defined with lines or parking stop curbs. I didn't like how we couldn't make the room dark while the sun was still shinning; the blinds and door window let in way too much light and the water heater behind the canvas picture glowed through the picture at night. The light was very distracting while I was trying to sleep(I need it dark). The gaps around the air conditioner prevented our room from getting nice and cold since the hot air continually was flowing into our room. I had needed a couple extra pillows and an extra blanket, but was told they didn't have any extra to give. I didn't like that there wasn't a breakfast offered.

The cabin was very spacious. I like how the main walk way was a walking only area. I like that you've provided luggage wagons(they should be moved to the other side of the main porch so they're more easily seen by guests. The person at the desk should mention them to guests when they check in). I like that the chevron is right next door. The beds were comfortable. I like the streaming TV. The fast internet is very nice.

No parking close to the cabin, still a working progress so the parking lot and walk way was very dusty, air conditioning wouldn’t turn back on after reaching a certain temperature so we had to cut it off then back on again and there wasn’t anywhere in the bathroom to put our toiletries so we had to use the dinette table. All minor things that could be fixed.

It was very difficult to locate the property late at night since there are no signs outside the property. One of the front office staff had to come out and guide us to the office. After we checked in, it was very difficult to locate the cabin and had to carry all the luggage during our search. They do not allow to drive the car inside their property. There was no lighting on the streets that made it more difficult to find my cabin. Front office staff was not aware of the map on the side of the office nor mention about the cart available to carry the luggage. There are no good restaurants near by.

The shower would alternate between hot and cold every couple of minutes.

The location was great, very quiet area and convenient to head to the West Entrance of Yellowstone (no traffic). The rooms were very clean and stocked with amenities. The clubhouse is open late. We liked the wagons to roll our luggage into the room. The beds were a little too soft for our preference but overall a very comfortable stay.

the small fridge was noisy and made a loud clunking sound about once each hour or so. You had to park and walk to the cabins. Unable to drive up to the units. There were some small gaps in the logs.(Kind of strange) Very small TV(although I know our primary purpose wasn't to watch TV but we had a couple of hours each night after sun down. The (sort of) kitchen area could be much better. Hopefully they'll plant some trees and grass.

the Staff was very friendly and helpful, the cabin was new so in very good condition and clean. Easy to find and close to amenities. Bed was very comfy.

The place is brand new, so it is still finishing some things. They have not finished landscaping the location, so one can't tell yet how it will all look when they're done.

The two primary reasons for this location was that it was a stand alone room (no noisy neighbors up and down the hall of a hotel) with a fun rustic cabin feel. Kids loved it. The other reason was that it was close to Yellowstone. It was a quick, beautiful trip into the west entrance of Yellowstone each day. Worked perfectly.

Construction, heavy machinery almost ran us down. Recommend you shut down for a few days and finish paving and landscaping the property.
