Everywhere smelled of cigarettes, including non smoking rooms. Had to walk through smoking casino with our small children breathing in cigarette smoke to get to our hotel room. Not great for children.

The town had a power outage on Saturday from 12:30 -8:30 pm the casino was funning no air condition in the room so we our grandson to the pool

I wished they could have let me know that I wouldn't have access to what I needed. I had requested it 2 months early but wasn't told this until I got there! Being disabled is very hard but not being able to eat can make it even harder!

I really didn't have a very good weekend. The power went out for hours on Saturday. We were trying to check in 4 other rooms I had reserved. One was for my niece with an 8 month old baby. I am disabled, can barely walk, and having a lot of other issues! Unfortunately the whole process became so stressful and I was so upset that 2 days later after coming home I can barely get out of bed. I really thought having reserved 5 rooms 2 months early, things would have gone smoother. It just did not go well and I wish the staff could have been more helpful but I'm sure they had a lot of pressure on them. I felt really bad for them. I didn't have some of the things I really needed and wasn't told ahead of time that they couldn't accommodate my needs! So I wasn't feeling very well and it really was disappointing!

I reserved a smoking room with the thought that it would have some sort of ventilation or maybe a window would open up just a little bit. But it was terrible even for my partner who smokes. She doesn’t smoke in the house or cars ever just thought it would be convenient for her but was definitely not. Room needs better ventilation.

Staff was wonderful. Room size was perfect.

Thought we booked the resort but our rooms were across the street in an older part of the hotel. This was not to great for our elderly group that then had to walk a long way to the casino.

access to the elevator at the Buffalo is not well thought, the fact that I had to carry my luggage down approx 4/5 stairs to reach the elevator which then took.me to my floor

Lobby carpet was extremely dirty. Alarm was going off in the Antelope building. When I called to let someone know at the main building not only did the operator not care, security did not care either. They acted as if I was bothering them.

Only one restaurant was open at this time, but fortunately the menu items were diverse and food was delicious. Service and wait staff were very good.

Spent one night passing through from Las Vegas to Seattle. Great spot. Excellent location (just off the Highway 93), Very clean, large room. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Comfortable stay.

We stayed in the Horseshu Inn facility across the highway, not in the casino tower. We have overnighted here multiple times while traveling to southern Nevada and it is a very good value. Desert Oasis restaurant in the casino is a good place to have a reasonable meal - always good. Rooms are always clean and beds comfortable.
