The condo wasn’t as clean when we arrived as we would have liked, it was really dusty with sand and hair everywhere. But we tidied up and it was perfect.

The location is amazing! The area is perfect and so is the condo building its self.

the bathrooms smelled like mildew and there was mold on shower curtain in master and on the Glass shower door. the guest bath needs to be rechalked and molding cleaned and painted. garbage disposal stunk. I could get rid of the moldy smell.

the furniture was nice. linens were good. view was spectacular.

The workers that put chairs out were cursing bad talking the guests. My daughter got drugged by one of the workers named Devon when he gave her a drink.

the elevators were slow and the ground security staff were pushy and over authoritative.

the location was perfect. All the eateries and shops were close within walking distance.

The unit we rented this year (403E) was not cleaned when we arrived-we were told that booking .com gave them the wrong date for our arrival--we had to leave so they could clean--Cleaning personnel called us an hour after they arrived to let us know the the unit was ready-- and that the towels etc. were in the dryer -- we had to finish the laundry ourselves -- The floor was filthy--full of sand--if you walked barefoot in the unit our feet were black on the bottom--the refrigerator was dirty inside--there was like black mold coming from the ice maker and water in the fridge-Side of refrigerator was filthy --bathroom drains were plugged (i saw a note from previous tenants mentioning these problems)--obviously nothing was done to correct--also there was a problem with black moldy substance in toilets. Obviously there was a problem with the water supply to the unit because there was also a black substance from the facet water as well--Over all the unit was in poor shape--drapes were coming off the rod--cleaning person said hardware was ordered but in the month we were there nobody showed up to fix them--can't take that long for drapery hooks. I swept and cleaned floors and cleaned toilets the best I could with supplies at unit. Also closet in bedroom was full of stuff making it difficult to store our own belongings. Patio door was very difficult to open because there was so much dirt in the track--so sad because it could be such a cute unit- and we were looking to continue booking for several years to come

The pools and general building were very nice. We stayed there last year in a different unit and it was wonderful. Clean and well kept-- :) Best vacation ever- I can't say the same about the unit we stay in this year-- many problems

this is our second time staying at the Calypso. our room this time was a little dirty. the rugs in the living room and kitchen were very dirty. feet would be black right after showering if you walked barefoot in the condo. the shower was stopped up in the master bathroom and nasty once it finally drained. cabinets was sticky. towels smelled bad no matter how many times we washed them. nothing wrong with the condo just need better cleaners to go in and give it a good scrubbing.

location is amazing with everything being right there in walking distance. the 4th floor is perfect. the pools are very nice and the breezeway from parking garage to condo is very convenient.
