I liked the closeness to Pier Park

They did not have the heated pools on in early April. You got to have the heat on when temps are 50- 60F at night. We asked several times to turn it on. The beds were way too soft for us - never have had issues before in numerous places we have stayed (maybe that’s this host preference though).

Liked location- closeness to pier park and walking distance to everything. Facilities were clean, and for spring break it was a good blend of families and young adults, nothing too crazy. Beach patrols for double red flags and at night made us feel safe- very appreciated.

The only issue that I could "complain" about was the long wait for the elevators when we were trying to get all our stuff up to the room.

The room was great. We loved the pool. The location is perfect.

Bed made noises every time we sat on it or move. The mattress is in bad shape. Outdated couches and chair.

That area of the beach is very crowded. The room was clean and furnished but is a bit overpriced given similar types with more space. It's sad people cant clean up after themselves as you will find butts, beverage containers, straws, and wrappers poking out of the sand.

The location for ease of access and walking distance to different attractions is great. Although theres obvious minor wear and tear the room was clean and cozy. Items for beach use were available that came with the room. Property owner checked to ensure needs were being met.

Parking was a problem for two cars. Front desk, owner, no contacts would verify whether there was need to pay for parking for two cars. I worried my car would be towed from outside oversized parking. Even one car had probs with gate access. Code would not scan and showed one car was already in parking. There were personal pics in unit. Oh no! Third BR was bunks and still $500/night. No usual booklet of instructions for use and operation of things. AC unit noisy. No coffee. No toiletries. I would never recommend this property.

Our barcode for the parking deck didn't work the whole time we were there. Security told us we needed to print it off. We received this barcode the day we arrived so we couldn't print it off. We felt bad having to call security everytime we wanted to go in or out of the parking area so we walked a lot instead. Also we were unaware we had to wear the orange bands on property. This was not told to us so we were kicked out of the pool and told we couldn't be there unless we had bands. General lack of information before arriving made it a little harder but we managed.

Great location, pools were nice, tiki bar and live music was great. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with items needed.

The Condo furnishings, the cleanliness could have been better. The balcony furniture was rusted and dirty. The rental lounges on the beach are placed to close together. you couldn't even walk between the lounges on either side.

Location was awesome. We will definitely stay there again but would prefer a more updated condo. Our furniture and furnishings were dated. The Tiki bar on the beach side, the quick walk access to many of the restaurants and shops.

the property was fairly expensive. this was a last minute trip and I felt like we were overcharged since several people we spoke too paid less and beach service was included in their price. beach service was not included in our price and it would have been an additional $40.00 per day more.

Broken ice maker, condensation on freezer door, issues with cable (no sound on some channels). Some issued with cable were corrected. Pool too small. Not able to share with building 3. Need more tables. No shade. Umbrellas would have been nice. Missing remotes.

Furniture could use an upgrade. Bed is lumpy and noisy! Fluorescent light in the kitchen area blinked like a strobe--drove you crazy after about a minute.

The location and the view from the unit are fabulous. Check-in was smooth and easy. Unit was very clean.
